If you're looking for a caster page, a good base caster page is movespeed quints, magic penetration reds, and mp5/lv yellows/blues. It's a pretty standard caster page for casters that use mana. AP/level on blues are pretty standard and MS quints are pretty character dependent. A lot go Flat AP Quints and with just a basic set of runes, you're probably safest running flat HP quints (though this of course depends on what you actually have).

AP runes give you 27 at max level right?
Are they really worth it?

Are they really worth it? Well, if you compare the gold value of 27 AP vs 24.3 MR (MR/lvl glyphs), the 27 AP is worth a fair bit more (using Blasting Wand and Negatron Cloak as baselines, 27 AP is worth 580.5 gold, while 24.3 MR is worth 375 gold), and MR/lvl is generally considered decent as far as glyphs go.
Obviously the gold value comparison isn't great (you can't convert the value of everything, and since the gold value of 12.96 mp5 is 722 gold, based on Meki Pendant, its probably going to beat everything else by comparison), but its a fair initial benchmark IMO, and AP/level seems to do decently by it.

Hmm. Those are very fun numbers. Do you have a location where you are looking this up? I'd like to add it to my rune spreadsheet.

Ya I've gone from mpen, dual mp5. and hp quints to mpen, mp5, ap per lvl and ap quints for my casters. Only champs that I feel like I should use dual mp5 on are Panth and Ezreal.

I used the rune data from the wiki (http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Rune) coupled with the item list there as well, and just did the arithmetic myself.
Its useful for some comparisons, but a lot of the good rune stats (like Armor Pen and Magic Pen) aren't well itemized so its not the most useful method of rune comparison all the time.

That's exactly what I've been running on Chogath lately, and I don't really play any other casters, but I feel like dual mp5/lv and ms quints are pretty good for a base page. Everything else is a bit more character dependent.

I run it on Cho and Gragas and then any caster I feel like playing (though Kass is probably the only caster I play ^.^)

I used to run dual mp5 on GP but didnt play him since like 2 months so i'm not sure if it was even necessary. Hmm i think i know which champ i will buy next

I just had a game where our enemies had a TF, and we had none. At least 1 of my allies and I got the TF passive for some time during the game. Including the shiny +2 above my head.

Mordekaiser was on your team? Es #1, so he can do anything.
On serious note, maybe it was tf's passive working with his ghost?

The ghost does keep passives.

Oh that might be. We had a Mordekaiser.
