My first runepage was armpen, mp5/lvl, cdr, health. Good for everyone but energy and manaless champs since even mages can make use of armpen when last hitting.
IMO the list of needs: 1- armpen reds 2- armor yellows 3- health quints 4- mr/lvl blues 5- mpen reds 6- mp5/yellows
After that you can see what you like the best and explore your options from there.

Don't get CDR/lvl. Not worth it. Flat CDR is straight up better in most situations, and even those are niche runes.
I highly disagree with flat CDR over CDR/level. When I'm putting CDR runes on my champions, it's to close the gap and hit 40% CDR later in the game. Flat CDR isn't going to do that until I get like two CDR items, at which point CDR/level will have caught up.
I also wouldn't get health quints.

I think HSGG's stream is the only one I can seriously wach. bigfatjiji's is good for gameplay but that's usually for background while I work or something.

i like armor quints. 'cause i like to play champs that harass a lot and armor quints make minions do no damage to you :D

I think most of it is still very accurate, it's just he isn't very good anymore no matter what you do item wise.
