Apparently that tool is sort of allowed by Riot too: http://eu.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=176441 I personally dislike such stuff. Oh wow it even has an announcer voice that tells you that X will spawn in Y seconds. ZZZZZ. | ||

Riot: we hate guys with crazy lane sustainability. TAKE THAT PHILOSTONE, WW, SWAIN, IRELIA, ETC. oh btw, we just made a guy with a spell that's as strong as WW's Q in terms of healing himself with a longer range with more nukes and then buffed his mana costs to the point where he can just spam all his shit once he gets a tear. Oh yea and he also takes 15% reduced damage and has fucktarded AD scaling on everything and a better version of Shaco's clone... HAVE FUN! like, really? did they seriously think they fucked up hard enough to justify the sheer quantity of buffs they gave him last patch? | ||
