Lose two games in a row that we were winning because of fucking leavers.
The bot just doesn't cut it if the enemy team has a brain.
They need add a ban system for these 'people'.
Leave X amount of games within Y amount time? Banned for 24 hours from all game modes.
Fuck you and your attitude of leaving a game to lose for four other people.
I can understand a disconnect happening or an emergency but the amount of leavers (even when you're the winning team) is stupid. Either get a good internet connection, know when you can or can not play or just fuck off from Heroes.

1win /13 losses today. Can never get used to bad the matchmaking is working in this game. Win too much for a while = get unwinnable team comps for 15 games until equilibrium is achieved. Terrible.

Seeing mmr would be interresting. It feels like matchmaking are just 5 low mmr guys that need losses vs 5 high mmr guys that need wins.

TBH as soon as someone starts being, even in the slightest, toxic or just a cry baby, I block or report him, depending of how an asshole I think he is. Else, I end up typing and typing, and so does he, and we lose. And I rage.
So now it's happening very quickly. The other day I asked in draft to be play Nova (I always say I'm r1 lvl 20 on my other account so that they know I can play her well), and after dying twice to their Zeratul he starts being ironic "well, lvl20 r1 for sure...". I say I mute him (and do it) and that I don't need this, it doesn't help, but didn't report because I don't think he was a dick, he was just disappointed in me (I often kinda suck the first 2 or 3 minutes).
We end up winning (and I do a good game without a doubt). If we argued from the start it'd probably have been a loss.

In our match we're on Cursed Hollow and a dude asks, "What ban" noone speaks up so he bans Abathur, and then The Saltman goes LMFAO r u stupid, we're gonna lose, why you no ban Illi?! and he carries on like that through the draft, the other team picks Illi and hes just "auto lose, we're gonna lose LOL so bad'" and we just beat the other team down. We just CC'ed Illidan and wrecked him the second he dived in and voila, EZ win.
Diablo/Monk/Azmodan/Sylv/Illi was the opponent's comp
Raynor(me)/Malfurion(ban picker dude)/Xul(Salty McGee)/Dehaka/KT was our comp
I don't know how people can get SO salty when a game starts out a little poorly, like thats the best time for that to happen and for the most part when I die early I tend to win those games as opposed to vice versa. Early deaths mean less a lot of the time and can help keep you on your toes.

Side note, is it me or is it just best to not ban Illi nowadays? Seems like people who pick him suck beyond belief, I don't think I've lost vs. Illidan in my last 5ish games against him because they all tend to be terrible. Can let the other team feel obliged to take Illidan early and stick him on someone who doesn't play him, voila easyish win!

How can you even program such a stupid idea into the game is beyond me... 10 wins and I almost didn't try. Next 10 games no matter what I do my team gets absolutely wrecked. I don't even know what to say anymore. It's as if there is a switch win/lose and you are matched accordingly.

Illidan is nothing to fear at all. He was strong, but easily counterable. Now he's not even strong, he's okayish. So I prefer have him on the other team in fact. I'd ban Xul as the combo Xul Rehgar is hard to deal with since it makes for a minimum 3 frontline heroes, healer and spec already picked, so plenty of room for even more melee assassins.
And it ends up overwelming most greedy (squishy backline) teams.

The short of it is that win streaks and loss streaks are a part of how math works.

I come home from work after spending all day trying to implement a new payment provider with a crappy API into our system and try to log in to battle.net to play a bit of ARAM:
"Your account has been locked for security reasons. Enter a CD key or the answer to your secret question".
I have neither, because I haven't lost any account details in 15 or so years of online gaming and so I always enter random stuff into the secret question box. I also don't use SMS stuff or authenticators, because those things wouldn't be needed for someone like me who never gives passwords away and are only trouble if I get a new number or new phone - at least if Blizzard could stop losing their customers account data.
Well, 5 minutes later, after writing a lengthy, angry support mail to Blizzard, because this is the second time that happened for the same non-reason, the account randomly becomes available again.
They really need to fix their system, at least if they don't do that intentionally to get people to use the authenticator or such so they can also use people's mobile numbers the next time they have a data leak.
I was angry when I came home from work, now I would strangle any Blizzard employee I'd come across.

Why? They are just another angle of attack on the account, especially in the days of Facebook and Twitter, because they can be researched if they are correct. Doesn't even have to be you who has a photo of your first car on Facebook or created a Facebook page for your first pet.
