You reached your skill cap already? How long you've been playing because i don't think even pros have reached it. Want it to improve? Get a team, cordinate with them, get better at the game as a team. You can't just "quit until it improves" because nothing will happen. | ||

What is different is that they seems to get a lot more points per win than I do (110-160 for me, 200 until rank 10 for them). | ||

 I currently have 22:28 (started 1:13) and according hotslogs a MMR of 1483 (was as low as 600). Maybe it depends on the w/l ratio, but the better mine gets the less points I get. | ||

As for Hero League, I don't think that 16% is accurate. There appears to be some degrees of caps, I have heard of people rank 40~ getting 60 for a win and 80 for a loss. Everyone started spouting that based off what players like So1lder's gains. But unless you have pro level win rates at some point it reduces the gains. However there seems to be little to no mmr system being used to determine matches (like which 10 players are in a game together), my teams commonly insta-que into teams that look like they have never played the game before and we win in like 8-10 mins with 5+ level gaps, then next game insta-que into SMG. If there is an mmr system being used to determine matches, it appears to somehow also be even looser than the versus mode. | ||

Blizzard clearly has some kind of internal skill metric that it assigns to players, which is why people are reporting differing levels of point gain/loss at different levels. | ||

What kind of internal skill metric would result in a lower amount of points gained if you're on a winning streak? I can't think of any.
