Elemental destruction still nearly board clear at that point of the game and even if you play to counter let's say 2 creature on the board that leaves you with a 4/2 or a 4/1 and heals you for 12/15 (and that's with only 2 creature on the board. With 5 creatures on the board (even some friendly one): that combo will heal you for 24/30 so nearly certainly up to full life. That combo is insane has a catch back mechanism. compare to Brann + Healbot (same chance to happen: one legendary + one cards in times 2 and same mana cost) Pro: - can heal even more - also do a powerfull AoE that will probably clear the board Cons; - leave you with only a 4/1 on the board instead of a 2/4 and a 3/3 - 5 mana overload next turn Depending on what we are facing that combo is similarly powerful to even better than the Brann + Healbot one. I must say that sounds pretty strong to me. the C'thun Shaman deck seems lot more real now.

i love the design on this one. while it might become realy powerfull, its increadibly hard to get the set up you might want to. 8 mana lightningstorm + this guy is obviously the dream vs a full board, BUT that will be almost impossible to get to against an aggressive deck. non the less, he is still strong vs aggro, playing him and lightning bolt for example will remove a threat and heal you a bit, but more importantly give you a solid minion that HAS to be removed if the aggro deck cant kill you this turn. i also like that it costs 5 mana and has no overload. makes a nice curve into fire ele if you dont need the heal.

Also, you can troll people by hurling a crackle at your own face for 0 damage. What up.

(dr boom, dr 6, dr 8 and and all other pala OP bs to compensate for their other weak cards, totem/overload shaman, antonidas:the face mage, face hunter, every single murlock buff and so on). So far im pretty happy with the new cards. None of them actually seem very OP, but most of them could have a huge impact when played with the right conditions. examples: + Show Spoiler + For example simply the existence of secret eater will make people think twice about simply throwing every possible secret in their deck. I imagine the card won't even be played that much as often you wont face a secret, leaving you with a substantial disadvantage. If somehow the meta would shift to mass secret decks, you can always swap back in this card and start farming them up, forcing the meta away from mass secrets again. It sor tof functions as a fail-safe. Another example is the hunter 8/8 card. With the incoming bgh nerf it might seem as a OP card. However simply putting it in an existing deck wont work out: all of them at the moment are focused on aggro or tempo. This card will stimulate people to experiment with a new type of control hunter and who knows, maybe we will see ghaz'rilla again one day. Another great example is the new priest 5/5 card. In current "i never play a minion, clear board, wait till you play OP minions and steal them decks" the new card will most likely fail to impress. However in the right deck with the right board it can have huge value. Although there are some cards that seem pretty underwhelming (or OP), anything could still happen with the remaining to be released cards. And even if some cards wouldn't have much use i would not mind that much, as long as most of them have their own place (and not fit everywhere) Still a bit scared for the C'thun domination, but im actually starting to believe blizz will keep it under control. The only thing i really fear at this point is some sick *insert flame word of choice* at the blizz office will get bored of the balance and come up with a new and "totally perfectly balanced" new mysterious challenger, which btw completely worked out in making this game more fun... who am i? -sarcasm, for the ones that didnt get it yet.

With all the deathrattle shit going out as well with Standard it might actually become a legit deck.

What I like most about it, actually, is its stats. That's going to be really hard for an aggro deck to clear effectively. They either have to burn some major removal or several minions, and either way, that basically gives you more health. Shaman still has the problem where its early game curve is bad outside of aggro, but this card is super neato.

Is what I would be saying, although I'm pretty sure I said the same things about Thunder Bluff Valiant, Fireguard Destroyer and Totem Golem, which all turned out to be "good, but not good enough". I only hope this will be different (in all fairness, it does look pretty damn good).

As a 4/6 for 5 with that effect, it's basically a Druid of the Claw for Shaman, only it gives them amazing healing potential, something they sorely lack. It will make all their AoE burn spells better, something they also needed, which in turn makes Lava Shock better. I predict it will be Shaman's Voidcaller, this one card is going to unlock an entire set of possibilites for Shaman.
