Last arena i drafted an Alarm-o-bot, Malygos, 4 Swipes, A starfire, and a starfall.... Whenever i drew Malygos and swipes I won by a landslide. It's basically Pyroblast + Flamestrike with spellpower... Such fun times :3

Deck was average, run was above average 9-3, rewards were 185 gold, a pack and a Cenarius - oh yeah - only my second legendary so I was super chuffed

Even got an Epic i wanted in the packs as well.

That annoying moment when you play Yeti, Druid of the Claw, Druid of the Claw, Ancient of War on turns 4-7 and you get sheep'd 4 consecutive turns. You then rebuild your board in a long struggle only to get it wiped again with consecutive flame strikes in 2 turns.

So many times I draft a mediocre deck and get 4-6 wins and so many times I think I crafted a dream arena deck only to run into people with even crazier arena decks and end up 1-3.

Also, running into people with 4 legendaries in arena, give me a break.

Is it just me or is arena on EU server a lot easier than NA? I tried out EU and got a 9 and a 12 with pretty mediocre decks.

Ancient Watcher played 4/5 games turn 2. Gained a way to silence it each game on turn 4 or 5. Turn 3 in 1 game because I had the coin.

It's outrageously anti flamestrike

Yes, NA is the hardest server in my experience. Although a lot of it also comes down to play time, you might be playing at an off-time for EU but a peak time for NA, which makes EU a lot easier.

So I was in trouble against this rogue with ogre and cobra on the board and mine was empty. I was down to 11 hp with sunwalker, ironbark and Onyxia in my hand and with the stupid cobra all I could play was Onyxia.
The rogue only had 2 cards in his hands but it was MC tech and fan of knives. He mc´s Onyxia and then kill my whelps with the fan. Holy fuck that was unlucky even though I prolly would have lost anyway.

Play an arena account on Americas, pick mage all the time, troll people with OP class, awesome stuff.
Finally a 12 run, after 4x not drawing flamestrikes or relevant amount of removal.

OMG 2 packs and 390 gold: Alarm-o-bot rare and manastorm millhouse legendary + common garbage..........

I mirror entited an ironbark protector today. Then I dropped an argus on it and then a faceless and killed his ironbark leaving me with a 9-1 and a 9-9. I was feeling pretty good but didn't of course aggressive bm because he could wrath the 9-1 and had a lot of life. Then he plays deathwing and I'm just like "fuck"...
I had 4 flamestrikes in my deck and didn't use them once in a situation where I wasn't going to die the next turn lol. I guess there is such a thing as too much flamestrike.

So in a P(aladin)vP(aladin), my opponent decides to give Blessing of Wisdom to my Blessing of Kings buffed Dragonling Mechanic (who was at 6/5 after a punch). What did I do with it?

I gave it divine shield with an Argent Protector and Faceless Manipulator gave me double.

It was probably an insanely stupid gamble, because the game ended because my opponent failed an Equality into Avenging Wrath combo that didn't stop me from getting lethal (that is, killing one of the mechanics). If my opponent had succeeded in eliminating both mechanics, it would have killed a lot of my tempo, though he would've still needed a taunt to survive past two turns.

Finally managed my first complete run and went 12-1 which I was well chuffed with, although everyone elses rewards on this thread were better - I only got a measly 320 gold and 1 pack (well got a gold rare as well but it was a priest card). And to top it off the pack had a kodo and commons.

MVP was acolyte of pain into mad bomber combo

Still 12 wins - wahey!

9-3 with a Warlock deck, a class which I play the least. I usually go for aggro with Lock, but when my first two cards were Siphon Soul and Twilight Drake, I went for something a bit slower. Got a lot of very useful rares though (no epics or legendaries) - Sunfury, Drake, Shadowflame, Sunwalker, 2x Siphon.

Lost to two mages and an aggro hunter with the right cards at the right time. Quite happy, though, with an aggro Warlock deck I usually only get 5-6 wins.
