Once I'm past this score, I keep winning until 6-8 wins and lose once, thus ending my run.
Because 0-1 wins can have any deck quality which is why I heavily disagree with how blizzard does match making for arena.

Haha, sorry. Wanted to post that in the QQ Therapy thread. Anyway, shouldn't that apply to 3,4,5 wins etc. as well, simply because you can meet an opponent on his predestined 12-0 run at any given time?
Is there some sort of explanation how arena matchmaking exactly works, especially regarding how it's affected by certain win/defeat ratios etc.?

I believe it just operates on your current wins minus your current losses and then pairs you up with someone with the same ranking as you. However I could be wrong.

There's no way of knowing how good you are unless your arena runs get ranked by your MMR. And that would only lead to people tanking their MMR like crazy to play easy 12-0 games on arena.

Personally I think your first game should go off your last ranking of your last run (This will also prevent new players from being crushed in arena) or something along those lines. I mean yeah it will suck if you went 12-0 then drafted the worst deck of your life but it'd solve some of the skill level differences that you see in arena.
Also people already tank their MMR in constructed to get gold. Its a huge issue with the game outside the arena so making the match making slightly easier in the arena might deal with the issues in constructed.

is gnomish inventor still any good?

If an ancient of war gets hit by the trap repentance, will it end up with 1 health or 6 health?

One. Repentance triggers after the plus health effect.

Its good at mopping up smaller guys such as 2 drops, totems, tokens, etc. Won't win you any games by itself.

when i play, i can't seem to queue up commands. i always have to wait for the summon/attacking animations to finish before i can input another command...it get's really annoying on those turns when i need to make a lot of considerations and there are times when i miss out on a move before the timer dies...
is there something i need to activate or press when inputting commands?
also, can you undo minion summons??

What is the average number of rounds an arena game lasts? Distribution would be even better.

Is it best not to disenchant extra cards over 2 in case Blizzard modifies the card at some point? Say Angry Chicken (rare) got changed and I have 5, would I get 500 dust for them?

If you don't immediately need the dust, don't disenchant. You may end up earning extra dust by waiting. Though if you need to craft something to finish a deck, by all means disenchant.

Just a point, if you use Power Overwhelming on a Bloodimp his effect of +1 health still takes effect.

What's better to climb the ladder with right now, Midrange Shaman or Watcher Druid? I have a Control Mage and Control Pally but both suck vs aggro so I'll just use them after climbing up. I'm currently climbing with Midrange Rogue. It kicks ass but I feel like I need an alternative deck to switch to to deal with frustrating loss streaks. I have dust to craft either deck. I already have the essential neutral rares and legendaries(but no Al'Akir/Cenarius) so all I need are the class cards from either class. I'm hoping to counter Hunters, Zoo warlocks and Murlocks specifically. From what I've heard Shamans are good against most aggro but completely suck vs hunters?

The cards they buff won't get refunds.

Buffed cards got refunds in the past Unleash the Hounds for instance when it got dropped from 4 mana to 2 mana.

That wasn't perceived as a buff at the start, it was to stop OTK hunter, in turn in made it impossible to lay more than three creatures on the board.
