Overall the experience is really satisfying, there are a handful of small things that need to be improved through the beta and I'm not sold on the game depth or mechanics yet but time will tell. The interface as a whole is well put together so if they can deliver on game design that keeps it interesting even after I know the format it would be an awesome game. I ended changing my opinion on the Shaman deck too, I rebuilt it and it's pretty strong. The format is pretty slow so if you just make a lot of big creatures you can use them to control and win, I think Mage vs Shaman might be like 50/50 just because the Firebolt/Polymorph combo gives you a lot of tempo but am not sure, would be nice to test it. I think the Mage ability might make a lot of kinds of gameplay totally impossible though, it seems really good vs the field and I'd guess once people get used to it all the x/1s will stop seeing play. | ||
