Not sure though -- they don't have much room with those abilities if they all cost 2 mana and can't be too niche

Dunno why they used Garrosh as the warrior when they could have used Grom or even MFkin Doomhammer ![]() edit: also yeah, fuck that D3 on console email. The Gmail Promotion tab showed "1 mail from Blizzard entertainement" just as the mod not was saying ahah

For example, a Priest that for 8 takes control of a minion, putting you on a clock against them.

You guys should just stop worrying about a key and accept that you will never get one. I mean its a Blizzard game, how many people have opted in for this? Surely more than a million. Chances to get a key for a random person are probably lower than 1%. Just wait for open beta.

Congress held its first public hearing about U.S. plans for military intervention in Syria on Tuesday. At some point during the conversation, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) -- who has been skeptical about President Barack Obama's proposal for "limited" action in Syria -- was taking a break to play poker on his phone: ![]() Source My first thought was that "at least there's someone famous that doesn't have a key?"

I think if you gave first turn 4 cards and second player 3 cards plus coin it would work out. In most card games going second is the advantage since you can see already the plans of your opponent. Also going first you have 1 mana, not much can be done, usually a weak dude or nothing first turn anyways. The only major card game where going 2nd is an advantage is poker, and the only reason it is considered an advantage is because 90% of you hands aren't worth playing, and folding is free. This allows you to minimize your losses and potentially stay in the hand longer while paying a minimal amount. Any other game where you have to play the hand out regardless, going first is always an advantage. And in a game like hearthstone, where mana amounts are turn-based, going first is a HUGE advantage. This is why the 4th card is a non-issue, and the coin (outside of combos) is also completely OK. Because the person who goes second is both 1/2 a turn behind, AND 1/2 a mana crystal behind for the first 10 turns of the game.

Currently 6-1, one loss due to not attacking once for no reason at all - if he had attacked he'd have won. Not a completely sound player, but the sheer overpoweredness of his draft crushes everyone in a flood of cards. From his gold alone I am already sure he is a very good player. Its only few people that can earn gold from arena.

Probably lack of sleep. First time watching him, so I don't know about his gold, but it could have come from quests if he never invested any, couldn't it?

There are many draft and sealed deck formats where going second is an advantage in Magic: The Gathering (and there you don't get to see the extra card when you mull and have no coin). Rise of the Eldrazi being one of the more recent ones.

Hey - I wanted to share some news from the battle (beta) field - We launched the european structure and are testing the beta game internally on the eu servers (I managed to beat Kapeselus a few times in the arena mode). This means that only one more step till we launch the EU closed beta. We are just checking if everything is stable and will launch the closed beta tests right after that. Look for more information soon! http://www.hearthpwn.com/ Edit: haha, that was fast. the above is already outdated. EU beta is live! ![]() http://eu.battle.net/hearthstone/en/blog/10852105/closed-beta-test-begins-04-09-2013

Oh apparently they're sending them out by now, slowly. Just read it on the Blizz twitter.
