Bedok has a bunch of hawker centres like the one near the MRT station and one near Temasek JC iirc. Theres also one near my house at old airport rd xD erm fried kway teow (char kway teow), lor mee (noodles in thick starchy soya sauce), fishball noodles, satay, sambal stingray, durian, cheng tng (dessert)? Don't expect western portions though but the prices should be proportionately good-value | ||

If you force your way through the clothing and chopstick stalls at the front you will get to one of Singapore’s most amazing places, the wet market. take pics share : ) - eat durian fruit (u can find them in lots of corners, but also in the wet market) beware though only for the brave - try the Sunrise Murtabak Shop (opposite the Sultan Mosque in Little India) order anything but make sure you have plenty of roti and drink Teh-Tarik gj fakesteve, do ur best & enjoy, life is short | ||

it's 8:39pm. all i've got in my wallet are $50 bills, and all the food places around here charge 3-4 for a meal and wont take a 50 because they 'dont have enough change' storyteller suggested a place to me but i went home to drop some shit off and completely forgot what he told me (jetlag) as stated earlier, i live on bedok north ave 3. anyone have a suggestion as to where i can get some good chow? | ||

It's a Japanese equivalent of mcdonald's, but obviously, being japanese, it's much better. You should try it. They only have it in Hawaii (in North America), afaik. | ||
