Another good suggestion that I can think of is to ask your friends to come over and chill with you. To prove to your parents that they are "good kids" and you not hanging out with hooligens. Ofcouse this would only work if they are actually "good kids". I can't believe your father actually grounded you, not once in my life have I been grounded.

Beating FTW!! Actually I've been beaten many times with objects ranging from belts, sandles, and others whippable things. The worst however is the vaccum cleaner extension cord, you hear that thing whistling as it moves through the air and even before it actually hits you can feel your skin splitting open haha! :p (to be fair however I only have been beaten twice with the extension cord) I perfer a good beating rather than a grouding, it's direct and the punishment the beating time only lasts a couple of seconds and the pain that follows only lasts a couple of hours. Rather than a week or two of grounding, I would go crazy if I was in a room for an entire week straight with nothing to do.

I don't really blame my parents for beating me I was a pretty bad kid when I was younger. But damn that shit hurt! I have a scar or two from those beatings on my ass. I can upload pics if you guys want.

Wow that's seriously messed up. Summarizing what people have suggested so far, this is the order that I would try:

1. Try to convince your parents with a talk (ok, probably not going to work)
2. Get a test from a doctor and show your parents (probably not going to work)
3. Get another adult to help you convince your parents (maybe this will work)
4. Book therapy sessions for your parents (it probably won't solve anything but it'd be fun to watch)
5. Move out

for real the only way it seems at this point would be to snap on them. Obvously rational talking hasnt gotten you anywhere. I would say next time they accuse you just snap the hell off. Go off on them and start screaming how they have been paranoid and ruining your social life and so on and so forth. (dont forget to curse or they wont believe you). Tell them to fuck off and not to talk to you anymore unless they take you to get a blood drug test in front of their eyes. Also you have to have it be a really long speach and such. cause in my own experience if what you yell is short they just take it at face value. If you yell on and on and on they have time to think about what your saying and it will hit them that you are being serious.

This was the only way for me to convince my dad that i didnt go out and get completly shwasted every single night when i told him i was going out with friends. im serious about this too. I have the same type of parents that you do and sometimes you just have to whip them in line and bring them back to the real world or they will become extremely paraniod about your school work, your life, drugs and alchohol,, having unprotected sex (that was a weird conversation), and it will never stop.

i feel your pain my friend. and im not kinding about sscreaming your head off at them. Im talking about losing your voice afterwards cause you screamed for soo long.
