That sounds pretty rediculous, but I guess... maybe it could be done through a technicality? Although I'd hope that if it had been done before, insurance companies were smart enough to restate their customer agreements to prevent it. But then again, I'm sure it would end up costing a person more money in the long run because their insurance rates would skyrocket. I don't really know. :|
