Kathy Griffin is an easy shot and Tidus is hilarious. Yakov Smirnoff is a cool staple in pop culture due to the watermelon gag and I've always liked Louis Anderson for some reason.
The rest are just ugly female comedians. Way to go Maxim. Stop publishing articles and just stick to barely-not-porn centerfold pics. It's the only reason anyone cares about that lame mag.

I dont find any stand up comic funny most the time... i mean they ALL have their moments. But stand up comedy is hard! so it just looks really dumb on their part

Carlos Mencia should have been near the top, I think hes a rip of Dave Chapelle, but hes Mexican. He relies more on shitty racism jokes than Family Guy relies on Flash Back jokes (this is worse than that one time.....remember that one time...like that one time)
The only thing I live for if I watch Mind of Mencia, is for him to crack a shitty joke then himself in the head with a mic.

Some of the comedians listed, definitely agreed. The excessively ethical types never would have much material to work off of. With something off of Maxim there's always the popularity contest factor getting mixed in.
Titus was a brutal show. It gave me a headache, but I actually watched like 10 episodes because I was living abroad and it was one of the few English/American programs on TV.
Yakov Smirnov is funny, come on. His whole shtick is it's so bad it's funny. Calling him a bad comedian is like calling the winner of the Special Olympics a bad athlete.
