These little devices are so naturally part of our lives now, and so ubiquitous that we often take them for granted. Now all phones almost look the same, regardless of brand - smooth sleek glassy rectangles. But that's not how it's always been. My first phone one was THE INDESTRUCTIBLE ONE! I had a white sexy version of this baby It was 2001 and most of my middle school friends had a phone, bosch, motorola, etc. etc. I was begging my father for like forever to get me one. He wouldn't listen, he said I was too young to have a phone. After a few weeks, I made him a deal, I'll get an A average on three subjects and he would get me a phone. BAM! Nokia 3310! It was a joy. While other kids had bigger phones, like Motorola TAC and N5110 and other still in fashion that time, I had me the sexiest phone ever, and I had it for maybe a couple of years. Shortly after, my brother wanted one too, but he was way younger than me. After some talking, I got my brother a deal. I will give him my phone instead, and ask dad a new one. Which one? Yes, just like Neo! A jumped from one phone over the years since then, most notable some Palms, until eventually Apple came. I was not in the Blackberry crowd, as I remember I was still using a bulky Nokia phone when other were into the widescreen smartphones already. Finally, I got me a... I love Apple I think I'll be sticking to this one for a while, as phones are really getting expensive. What was your first mobile phone? How did you get it? What other phones did you have? I Actually had the exact same first phone as u did, although i had a marvel comics kind of skin, i remember you could go to some mobile stores and buy skins/face plates for those things, and i believe mine had hulk on it, not to sure. and as of now i have a 4s, had it since release and as long as i dont ruin it, im going to be using it for awhile ^_^ phones are getting to expensive for me to change one every 1-2 years, so far i've only had those 2 phones xD

It started to go black sometimes, so I thought I'd try bending the contacts a bit...well, didnt work out as one broke off. Had to pressure the battery so there was contact and energy. First I used a string, after that I had to use duct tape and as this didnt help anymore I used a freakin clamp LOL. That worked until the display broke... xD Next phone was some strange dunno anymore...the backplate came up and it wasnt very good either. Freakin hell, didnt have a lot of money during my army time... =( Next one was A Motorola: + Show Spoiler + It was ok and lasted really long, I think it still works as a backup. LibertyNA 13 Posts February 26 2013 09:55 GMT #5 It was provided to me at my first job so they could always contact me. not a fan of red anything, but it was free! my next phone was one i bought myself; (htc touch diamond, i havnt used a cellphone for the past two years, and this phone has broken parts on the touch screen already)

One day I was sitting in my yard with them, mom brought us juices and on that plate there was this beauty ringing, I was delighted. Then I had this one, but shortly. I was playing CS with some mates in PC bang far from my house versus some "domestic" team and they started chasing us like mad, like 20 of them and we were started to run (they had baseball sticks, or how u say it), and I dropped this model :/ I liked it because it my first with video games. Then I had some nokia, I cant remember which, and then, probably my favorite phone of all time That was like revolution in cell phones, huge memory chunk, great sound, I was so happy about it so I kept it for like 4 years until it fell apart I continued with SonyE then and bought I so much liked it, first time I had great graphics on phone, great camera and stuff. I had it until last year and now I own I am really satisfied with this one, I just regret buying a white one :/ But I will keep it until it fall apart, I m in love with this one Especially I like watching sc2 streams over it and surfing when I m lazy to turn computer on That was my story/ies.
