Simple example (as opposed to just comparing CPU stats, etc), 5 MP camera as opposed to S2, Note, iPhone 4s, and various other phone's 8 MP cameras. There really is no reason why it shouldn't have had an 8 MP camera. The Galaxy Note is currently better in almost every way besides Ice Cream Sandwich. Which it's reportedly getting later anyway. The thing is, though, if you're a Verizon user, Galaxy Nexus is the only Galaxy they offer a discount with a 2-year contract anyway. If you wanted "Advanced" should have gone with one of the Motorolla DROIDs. I'm still annoyed Verizon doesn't offer the S2 or the Note. I would have so gone with the Note instead of the Galaxy Nexus if I had the chance.

Also, the camera surely is inferior but it's not because of the MP. It needed a better sensor, but 5MP is fine (aside from the marketing fluff angle of it.)

I think the only reason S2 is still so expensive is the huge demand for it. Only area SGS2 is better than the Nexus is the camera. I'm a bit confused by this; I'm trying to decide between the Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3, and Galaxy Nexus, and the only thing keeping me from getting the Nexus over the S2 currently is the $300 pricetag for a 2 year contract over the $200 for a 2 year contract for the S2. Where is the Nexus cheaper than the S2?
