you won't avoid a hangover unless you avoid drinking
drinking water before going to sleep can often make it far less bad though
smoking weed or hash before going to sleep (or after waking up) kills the headache part of hangover but you're still drowsy, if not even more so

but honestly once you have a hangover you can't do anything but go to sleep to kill it
so just be sure to drink lots of water before you go to bed

drink a glass water for every equivalent of 1 beer u had. preferably in between drinks. or after. or the day after. dont drink it too fast to the point of getting sick either. most of the time you need more water than you would even believe

once u arent too dehydrated try getting your first meal in u. try to rest. take a hot or cold shower. maybe both. eat some lettuce. this part is important. put your left hand onto a hispanic baby and recite "ognis sognoid opum -- taburn ta burn -- burrrn" and then punch yourself in the mouth as hard as you can. if no teeth fall out, your hangover is cured 20 minutes later.

after all that try putting something cold on the warmest parts of ur skul, probably the templars, i think ... actually right above the templars, the templars' loave

dont drink water.

drink juice.
if it is really bad - drink beer, that's what all the construction workers do.

here in Poland you can buy special cucumbers, which help after drinking (or rather you drink teh water the next day, because you eat them while drinking).
Unfortunately fags from EU are trying to ban them, because these idiots think they are too short. (the shorter are the better...)

alcohol "deshidratates" your body (spelling :[ ) so drink water. And if you dont feel REALLY bad (like throwing up), eat something to have something in your stomach it will "drain" part of the alcohol in your stomach :D.

Never drink without having something in your stomach, foods with oil are better. It forms a film in your stomach that makes the absortion of the alcohol les harsh to your body.
