This sounds amazing. How large are the portions of ham, mushroom, and sesame seed oil? What cut of ham do you use/what type of mushroom do you use?

I boil the ramen by itself with the vegetable pack, and leave the power in the bowl, to mix with the cooked ramen.
It pretty much tastes the same, but makes cleaning so much easier.

I do not use the powder it comes with since its so high in sodium.
1- Boil Ramen when its done put a piece of cheese (your choice) over it. Add tomato sauce or low sodium soy sauce. (of course make sure you take out all the water) . (sorta healthy) 2- Ramen is boiling when almost ready I throw in frozen veggies... it is now healthy.
3- Ramen is almost done... throw in 1 to 2 eggs (semi healthy)
4- Boil Ramen then eat. (budget)

Totally agree with uhjoo on the noodle selection... go into one of those smelly little shopd run by an ancient asian guy in your local china town to find the best noodles, dont overcook, and egg is very important. However, a chicken egg is for the weak. At that same cramped little store you should be able to find some quail eggs, and drop a couple of those in there. Some seasame oil, white onion, leeks, and a fork full of kimchi to add a little kick. After you finish cooking the soup have a bowl of cabbage and bean sprouts ready do dump in afterwards and serve it all really hot.
Adding the rice to leftovers makes a nice spicy porraige that I like to eat cold for breakfast the next day.
PS. For some real spice add a little vietnamese chili garlic sauce (its red and has a green/gold label) during the bean sprout faze, and your brow will be dotted with a nice sheen.
That sounds so freaking delicious right now. I'll make it as soon as I learn how to fill a fork =P How are quail eggs different in taste than chicken eggs? And are they more expensive/crucial? Would chicken eggs be sacrilege to your recipe? o.O

just had kimchi flavor shin ramyun, shit was good even w/o anything added except for an egg <3

Sorry if this was said before because im way too lazy to read through 35 pages of ramen.
2 Pork Tenderloins, smash them (to thin them out), flour them, egg wash, breadcrumb then fry them on medium heat until crispy and cooked. (generally 2-3 min per side depending on thickness)
Boil water, add ramen, while this is happening I fry up a egg (over easy) and as the noodles are almost done 1 min left, i throw in some ice berg lettuce (healthy)
Drain water, add sesame seed oil, hot sauce and hoi sin sauce.
cut up the pork cutlets into bite size pieces, lay onto noodles, place egg.
Enjoy the best ramen ever. :D

add the soup base once it's done cooking unless you like cancer wait adding the soup base earlier is bad for your health? D:

I usually just combine in the soup base in the bowl. Empty the packets into the bowl, pour boiling water in it, then I'll make whatever other ingredients I want with my noodles. Noodles are always last part of the cooking process.

i like to add water into my ramen
