not that too many people would have sex with conjoined twins...
I would love to do it with the Hensel twins just for the experience... is that bad? .

This actually raises many question within me.
How would they take exams? I believe it shouldn't be possible for two person (?) to be taking the same exam.
What would happen if one dislikes a particular thing while the other adores it? (cute toys, etc)

To be fair, who cares if they both help each other. They'll ALWAYS have each other's knowledge at their disposal so... it's not as important, the way I see it.

I suppose how they would get around the punishment is by considering the other twin an acomplice or something. This type of law is a mystery. Let's just hope neither of them are murderers.

Sad stuff is, one of them will definitely die. 100%. A heart cannot support 2 bodies.

atleast they are not forever alone...
this is wierd and awesome thing to have this seems like really interesting how that could even happen in the first case, but it is sad that they cant have normal life even tho im not exactly sure is normal life that wonderful

2 head 2 brain?
oh my god...
at least they will be lucky in exams with 2 brain...
|
the SC2 decision making would be good...
haha, no, joking. Anyways, saw this one the news today as well. Pretty weird, never seen anything like it. Hope it will get solved in the best way.

What if one were to die? As crude as this sounds, what if for example one of them got shot in the head, do they both die?

Well, it's one body, just two heads, right...?
I lack any knowledge however about anatomy or even biology in general, really.

That's crazy... I wonder if they have separate passports/other identification cards.

I saw this on the news. I can't even begin to think what would I do in place of the parents...
Best of luck to them

Anyway, if they both live, they will die very fast because the heart will be 'tired' (arg cant come up with a better word other than stressed).

The word your looking for is possibly strained? But anyhow God bless. The body is truly a scientific enigma, and I cannot fathom the life they would share in the hopeful future. For comedy's sake Would they have 2 girlfriends?

The brain uses up a LOT of blood and energy. Thinking ain't easy. My personal guess is that the heart will be forced to grow to sustain the two heads, and they'll probably end up dying due to heart failure sometime between 30 and 60 (I really don't have any evidence to support any claims, they could very well end up living to 90). They'll definitely have to eat more than the average person of their weight, and probably consume more iron as well, but I don't think it'll kill them before birth. The real issue in my eyes is the dual spines. I'm not sure that they'll work together extremely well, and that could cause some severe back pains.
Aside from the medical aspects, a serious concern with them is how they'll learn to deal with being two people sharing one body. It's not common, so they won't be able to seek empathetic support on the issue. Instead, they'll have to figure it all out themselves. The issue of muscle control is rather serious as well. If only one of them has control, the other will likely end up rather miserable. If they share control, or split the body half and half, there could be very serious issues with coordination. Does anyone happen to know how the other pair of twins with this condition ended up sharing their body? I'm rather eager to know.
Well, at the very least, they should be able to make a decent amount of money on books and documentaries about their lives. Always look on the bright side, right?

Simple they would alternate one week in jail and then the next free. Seriously though it would get weird like what if one of them got a passport. Legally they would be two entities but only one entity IRL.
