I think the difference here is that they share organs. As far as I know, most conjoined twins have two sets of organs, they're just attached at some point. These boys share everything but their head and brains...making them more like a two-headed person.
Very cool, I hope they survive. I'm not sure anything like this is precedented.

this is fucked up :S. I always feel a bit sorry for siamese twins and cases like this, they are basically a defect of nature.

I imagine they share control and sensory perception of the nervous system. Will be interesting to see how much conflict there is between the two minds sharing one body.
