If at any party, you could only choose one or the other, would you rather be high or drunk. I'm already knowing that both compliment each other. However, if I were to choose i would rather be high.
1. Bud smells better than alcohol.
2. Composure is much easier held.
3. Less probability of getting injured.
4. You can safely drive. ( I always drive the speed limit or 5mph above)
5. You think more, therefore, you think more before you do something stupid.
6. People are chill when they smoke. Drunk people tend to act foolish and start unecessary fights.
7. Bud is the only substance that you can go from being high to being sober in an instant. UNLIKE alcohol.
I drink also, but i only consume enough for the slight buzz. I only enjoy a slight buzz and nothing more. BUD over BEER anyday!.

id rather be high alone or hanging out w/ small number of friends, and just in general being high is better. but at a party i'd rather be drunk, because it becomes easier to socialize.

Being high by far. Getting drunks takes a while, getting high takes 3 minutes. When you're high you actually are thinking and aware.

I actually drank for the first time last weekend. I've been high before, but being drunk seemed like so much fun! Dunno, they're both fun. At this point in my life, probably being drunk is funner.

I agree with Famouzze, it depends on the situation. If I was with some good buddies in a smaller group I'd definitely rather be smoking. However, if I go to a party I would much rather be drunk than high. Overall though, a high is a much better feeling.

No but seriously, like someone pointed out, I only smoke alone/with a small group of close friends. Going out to a party or clubbing alcohol suits better.
But yeah regarding the effects, smoking is a lot better. Alcohol is more expensive (in sweden), requires you to drink an decent amount and takes longer time for the effect to come into action. With alcohol you also end up hung over the next day.
The only downside with weed is the legal issues and that if certain friends or family members find out they will probably freak out.
