My big scars are from mountain biking though, even though I was wearing pads. I hit a jump with too much speed and went over. the left side of my left knee is pretty much completely scarred up, scar tissue and all. Then also my left shoulder on the backside is massively scarred. Its pretty cool actually. Then theres plenty of other random scars from various accidents aka road rash from biking.

Other than that, I've just got this little pussy scar about 2cm big on my Achilles Tendon area where I literally just caught it with my toe nail in bed and It never properly healed after three years, I can only guess because there's no proper blood flow around the tendon on the back of the foot there

It happened back in 2005 as I was on my way to work on my trusty bike at 6am in the morning after having slept for 4 hours. Was running late and took a curve just a tad too tight. Some brainiac had thought of filling a foot deep hole, just as the road turns, with gravel. The front wheel goes into the hole and the bike stops. Nothing dramatic, I basically fell to the side. Wasnt a hard fall at all but I can feel the adrenaline pumping and as I am about to get up I figure i'd check to see that nothing has happened. Turns out I have an abrasion covering the majority of my left palm and that my left foot is bent 90 degrees outwards, it really was a perfect bend. I look at it in disbelief and figure it's just me being tired and it's early and continue to try and get up, then another cyclist comes by and stops and tells me to not get up. Surgeons, both in their 40's said they hadnt seen anything like it then again it's Stockholm so not the biggest city in the world. Otherwise I have a half an inch deep and just as wide cut on my left thumb from doing precision work on some vegetables with a knife that was way too big and not sharp enough. Basically I slip with the knife(it goes all the way round the thing I'm trying to carve out) and the tip goes through my thumb. Had a fair amount of force built up and as such it went real fast. Was a clean cut and I didnt feel a thing. Takes me a moment seeing a nice piece of flesh hanging from my thumb to realise it needs bandaging. The bleeding starts but I get some adhesive bandage, size large, and put it on tight and wash my hands then put on some gloves and continue the carving and chopping. Healed up without any problems. Have a similar scarr on my right thumb, though not at all as deep, from playing around with a china plate trying to figure out how much pressure I had to apply with one hand(holding it with one hand and then trying to get it to come off with the other through a punch like motion) when trying to break it in two after discovering a crack in it. Not very smart but fun :D

second one I got from trying to run up a slide on the playground just after it stopped raining. yes, i slipped and landed chin first on the slide. now that i think about it, i'm pretty happy i still have my tongue! both are pretty small scars though, only like 3-5 stitches or something

Not a scar, but as a child (maybe 1 or 2) I fell off of a bar-stool and busted out my front 2 teeth. After growing up without 2 front teeth for 7-8~ years I developed a tongue thrust. As a result I now have an overbite. I've gone through two sets of braces and will probably have to get surgery at 21.

A fairly large one on my knee from when I ran downstairs really fast and clipped the wall at the bottom (it is pretty solid behind the plasterboard and I made a massive imprint and cut my leg up). I thought my dog was mauling a small child in the front yard. I don't trust the kids next door. Turns out the dog had dislocated her front leg and had been writhing around in pain. My mum had picked her up to immobilise her so she didn't deal any more damage to herself and been bitten as a reflex by the dog. I was pretty shocked when I got downstairs and the dog had a bunch of blood on her. Very relieved when I found out what happened. My favourite scar however is the one I got from strafe jumping in the kitchen. My brother and I had cooked and eaten dinner, and were cleaning up having a chat. Then I decided to strafe jump in the kitchen. He was busy staring at me figuring out what I was doing and unable to tell me the floor was wet.

But the only major ones I can think of right now are the ones on my right index finger, probably about 4. Not sure how it happened, but I think it was when I was little and was riding on the bottom of a shopping cart. I put my hand on the floor and my finger got caught all up in the wheel. My mom had to run and get band aids and bought them after wards, haha. Also on my right middle finger, half of my finger print is missing, because it has a weird texture almost of that of a burn scar. I don't even know how that happened.

I have another one on my index finger on my left hand from a knife. One of my friends handed me his pocketknife once, which he on handoff by accident closed around my finger - the wound was rather deep, but nothing was really damage, so I've still got full function and sensitivity which is pretty lucky tbh. I have a third on my foot from when I was bathing at the beach and some retard had thrown a broken bottle into the ocean. Didn't stop me from going to badmintoncamp a week later, but I'll admit it's hard to play with a halfway open wound on your foot. Had to buy more socks after day 4 as I had gotten blood on all 21 pairs (7 day camp, 3 pairs were planned for a day as when they get too wet blisters are inevitable). My fourth and last noticeable sized scar is on my left elbow and comes from a biking accident. I was out training on my lightweight and stepped so hard that I broke (or well, actually it just got severely bended it didn't snap clean) the crankarm. To this day I'm still a bit scared of standing up on the bike and it's been 3 years, but imagine going at least 35 km/hour and then just putting your foot down - tbh I concider myself lucky to not have broken anything or gotten a worse injury than scraping off all the flesh of my elbow.

don't know why this is such a big deal, it seems silly to show off scars, I'd certainly be happier without mine...
