Among people I know, I am king of the scars.
I had a rough childhood, lots of getting my fingers caught in swingset hinges and the like. Followed up by an adolesence of being beaten by bullies (boot scars on my back). Top that off with some acne, a ridiculous predisposition for large moles that constantly get removed (15+) and then a nasty runaway case of appendicitis that required several surgies (7 inches of glory plus a million small incisions).
I met this one girl with one huge scar that put mine to shame, who had flesh eating disease and lost like half the meat on her thigh/leg.

Tried to jump onto a wall when I was about 10 and failed pretty badly, smashed my shin full force into the thin stone bit on top of the wall (was wearing shorts too lol), it left a scar that I instantly knew I would have for life and 15 years later it's still there =/
Think that's the only one I have though...

Only scar I have that I can "boast" about is the one I have on my left hand. I was always the tallest of my friends as a kid, and one day we started playing football (soccer for my non European TLers), and I was always the goal keeper. Nothing was happening on my side of the court so I got really bored and just jumped up and grabbed the top bad of the goal (no idea what's it called in english) and punctured my hand on one of the hooks for the net.
Needless to say, it hurt like nothing I ever felt, and it left me with a pretty badass 3cm scar on both sides of the hand. Cool bar story.

- Got a scar on my arm under a handball game. It was Jacob Green, the danish handball player who did it on me. - One on my knee for a basketball game back when I was 7 or 8. - And one on my chest for being drunk on, slipping on the toilet floor at my friends house. Blood everywhere. Looked like a crime scene. From the toilet slip, I also had one on my chin, but it's hidden by beard - was minor and almost unnoticeable.

I have a huge scar just below the head of my penis.
Besides that I also have Keloids so I have some huge clumps of flesh due to some minor injury somewhere in the past that I cannot even remember, as well as some vaccine I took 10 years ago. Except for that my scarring is pretty minor with some hand scarring due to opening beer bottles with my keys and slipping, knees from falling, leg from bumping into things, and so on. Havent had to have any major surgery, but when I do, I`ll probably look pretty freaky with my tendency to create too much scar tissue.

I just got one recently from an injury at work. We were drilling into rock (I work in tunnel construction) and a rock somehow shot out and hit me right in the mouth.
9 stitches later and a few weeks it seems i have a scar my pwetty smile nuuuuu

the only prominent one I have is on the outside length of my right palm.
Me and a couple friends were diving off of one of theirs two-story boat dock (the lake flooded a lot). It was my turn, but I'm terribly afraid of heights they tried to fix that by pushing me off the rail. I freaked out and reached out on something to hold on to. While reaching out, a nail went through my palm, and then gravity dragged my hand on the nail. Hurt like a *****, but actually didn't bleed

Scar that covers the last section of my right birdy finger. But the story is cooler.
I was working as a bartender, we were pretty busy, so my standard procedure was to line up all the beers currently ordered and open them one after another. I was about halfway down the line when the entire top half of a corona shatters in my hand. I freaked out, but grabbed another one as kept going, didn't want anyone to have to wait on true beer. When I finished up, I looked at my Gand and I had a sharbof glass poking out of it. I took it out and immediately a stream of blood literally SQUIRTED out of my finger.
1 (one) stitch later i was out of the hospital, and got workers comp for a day :-D

I have one scar just below my bottom lip from when i was about 2 or 3, i fell off a slide and one of my top teeth went straight through the bottom of my mouth. The next one isn't so much a scar but still kind of ace I have a bit of my thumb missing because i somehow caught it on a sign on a lamppost when i was about 13, and instead of doing the smart thing a patching it up before going to the hospital i ran it under a tap and put it on too fast and lost a bit of my thumb down the sink

I have a scar on my left index finger. I got it at age 5 or so, when I was at my grandma's place peeling walnuts using a scalpel. I don't know why she had a scalpel laying around, much less why she allowed me to use it to shell nuts.

Got two scars below my bottom lip both cut evenly from a dog bite. And when I bring my bottom lip in they look like fangs.

Got a couple small scars on different places.
1st is on the top of my head and got it when some gypsy threw a rock and hit me on the head and it was weird because i felt no pain and i was all in blood lol. Got another on my left eyebrow when i was really little my father was chasing me on the ground and i was running away from him and hit the corner of the couch haha.
3rd is on my right index finger.... i dont remember clearly but i think i got burned from a candle wax. 4th is on left hand at the elbow.... this is most visible because i run into iron bar and a small chunk of flesh tore off my hand.
My biggest scar should be on my left knee and i got it riding on some random bike and somehow i managed to get my knee on the ground while still going and used it like a brake . But I cant really see it well and the hair is not helping either.

i have a nice Y-shaped scar on one of my shins from a few yeas ago. Happened when i was still a hurdler. One practice we were running hurdles and I got lazy and came in too low, broke through the crossbar which ended up dragging across my shin. fun practice ^.^

This is a long story, so I will keep it rather short. When I was 7, I was playing around in my parents' glass shop. they had this machine with a conveyor belt that i found entertaining. Well, my arm got stuck and smashed between two conveyor belts. By some stroke of luck, I was flown by helicopter to a good hospital, and had about 8 surgeries in 12 days. Have a nice skin graft on my leg, and a wonderful scar on the entirety of my right arm, from the wrist up to the elbow.
Oh yeah, I also tripped right after sharpening a pencil when I was 10. Nice little black mark on my left palm.
The final one is on my knee. When I was 11, my friends and I were jumping out of swings. I fell upon landing, and got some mulch in my leg.
Wow. I had a brilliant first half of my life so far...

Only six scars here - two from falling as a kid (one on the bottom of my chin, the other on the back of my head) and four from surgery on my stomach.
Lessons learned? Wear a helmet up to the age of 12 and stay away from hospitals - all they want is to steal your organs

my friend pushed me off a small set of stairs, hit the grass, twisted my ankle inward and one short surgery later....i have a piece of metal screwed into my bone to hold both pieces of my Fibula together. the scar where the insicion was done is barely noticable, but lets hear it from people who have metal plates screwed into their bodies! WHOO HOO!
