But yeah if its some crappy light beer (3%) or some of that thick 20 proof (10%) german shit or whatever you Europeans drink theres a big difference. Standard beer (budweiser, heineken) is 5% and then there's malt liquor (colt 45, olde english) which is about to 6%. So i usually drink either of the last two, so around 5-6% stuff. 8 pints of that = 128 oz = about three 40s. Thats around puking and blacking out amounts for most people including myself unless like Sadist said you spread it out over 5-6 hours. For a normal night id say 5 pints (80 oz) = me pretty significantly drunk. | ||

Like I am American, we have bad girly beer here for the most part at like 3.whatever % ABV. Where as someone from Europe might be drinking 5ish % ABV. It is just a for fun poll I would imagine, not for science. I could do that, but I don't think you would find it very amusing to watch friends and I eat pizza and play video games for 6 hours while we consume the said 8 pints :p | ||

I think light beer everywhere else is 4.2 and then regular is around 5 and ice is 5.5-6. To the guy who said King Cobra was 6..... I thought to be malt liquor you had to be like 10% or something in the US. I know 4 Loko was technically malt liquor because it was 12% as far as going to the bar goes. 4-5 Pints and id be good and buzzed. 8 id be really drunk. It could be done, but it wouldn't be good. This is over the course of maybe 2-3 hrs. 5-6 hrs you can go to bed wake up and drink again so that shouldnt even count. | ||
