Well, as this thread seems to have revived, I guess I'll ask a question. I got bittorent, but it has like amazingly slow dl rate, something like 600+ hours for that little manga download. Is it always that slow? I've tried other bittorrent DL's with the same result, either staying on "connecting to peers..." forever or starting the DL but going impossibly slow. This normal?

Torrent speed is based on the number of people seeding the file and the speed of their connections. Depending on when people are seeding and which seeds you are downloading from, your speed can be anywhere from very fast to very slow.
