First time I have ever heard "School cancelled due to life-threatening windchill". Pretty freaking sick.

Although I can't complain. I just heard about a friend who is having -40 degree weather (the point where it doesn't matter if it's Fahrenheit or Celsius). His school's administration has warned everybody that standing outside for longer than five minutes will result in frostbite, but they still won't cancel classes.

just walked 1.5 hrs in blinding, razor sharp wind that literally scratched up my face and glasses rofl. also knee deep half the way, i looked like some drunken idiot stumbling my way home. i seriously felt like i worked out walking through that snow, almost waist deep at some points. nothing plowed at all. ended up finishing the walk in the middle of the road cuz it was the only area with non-quicksand height snow

Been a lot of snow, doesn't seem TOO unusual for London, but it's VERY windy right now. Balcony doors are going haywire. XD

Pretty freaking sick. lol life-threatening. When i was in high-school, in Manitoba, and the windchill was below -45 degrees Celsius the school was still open but buses stopped running in case they broke down on the way to school, then kids might freeze.
