Schnauze = Snout Here it is used as an abbreviation to "Halt deine Schnauze (geschlossen)" which is "Keep you Snout shut". Imho an appropriate translation would be "Shut your hole(s)".
The side your showing means applause, and the other side means the same as when you tell someone "Shut", after already having having told them to be quiet.
