I tried some standard recently. I'm SO BAD. I also have like no maps. Anyone want to suggest some good recent standard maps? (Easier Insanes preferably, since I can't play anything harder than those right now :/... Oh, and I play mouse+kb at 1800 DPI, so if something has cross screen jumps, at least warn me) | ||

Joking aside, I think Delis' maps are all right. He seems to like triangles-like patterns and somewhat random triplets, but they're not bad i feel. edit: bobbias so rude. He leaves mp and goes offline without a word. TT | ||

Bobbias i'l link some stuff if we are both online, why do you use 1800dpi btw? I matched Funorange's sens when i increased mine (i use 800dpi and 900p osu, he uses 960dpi and 1080p osu) but too high sens and it just gets way harder to do anything with mouse, especially osu ^1:05 - 1:10 here, my brain is melting :D :D | ||

also, like 80% of having good aim is about muscle memory. I went from ~100pp scores to potentially 250pp's with like 10 days of using this mouse casually just from forming muscle memory | ||

 You said aim was a bit of a problem. You may already know the map, but this helps a lot with basic aim. http://osu.ppy.sh/s/9745 + DT (without is way too slow) | ||

It's been my sensitivity for longer than any other, so I'm most comfortable playing at that sens. I'm well aware that it's rather high, but I feel like the disadvantages of lower sensitivity (given my physical setup) outweigh any positives (not to mention switching sensitivity would wreck what little muscle memory I have left). I was rank ~6k before PPv1 was introduced, and then dropped to ~9k when PPv1 went live, so I was never very highly ranked in the first place (but I was also better than someone ranked ~2k when PPv1 went live, so there's that, I guess). I've never been good at FCing stuff in any rhythm game, so I'm kinda at a disadvantage in standard considering that getting a decent score essentially requires an FC to begin with. (I legitimately HATE the combo based score system that standard uses. It's one reason I moved to mania immediately) | ||

audio completely ruined here but my aim has improved i think. I'm trying to get more stable and confident for chains of long distance jumps like cross screen | ||

While warming up I had some nice result. If I can get my accuracy up, I might even be able to farm this map in the near future :D. Btw, quality's terrible again, I would not recommend watching it full screen. | ||
