But it's only one -1 sub skill off the top, at random, not all of them. So even if your sub skills are 5,5,5,5, and 2...there's a chance when you lose the ship the skill at 2 may drop to 1 and you keep all your V's. So basically a 4 day penalty for losing a t3...not terrible. | ||

So basically, to facilitate their lack of awareness and badness they have invested more money in to being able to be oblivious safely instead of actually becoming better at this game. Love these guys. | ||

If I had a competent corp we'd have killed about a bil worth of shit for no losses and I'd be feeling fantastic right now. They were retarded and just charged after us and I had absolutely no trouble evading the lot of them (while being blackbirded) by myself. Aeth saw a tengu flying around so I started chasing it with my prober. We got up a fleet of 4 drakes. After probing the tengu down in some exploration site, aeth jumps in and warps to it. He burns at it, and it burns away. He burns at it more. Eventually it turns around, red boxes him and we get through the 3 40km burns between gates to get to him. At this point he is in about half shields. Unfortunately, he is 150km off the warp in, and the tengu kills him. We take his loot while the tengu harasses us. Aeth then reships in Saranen. We continue onwards. Kwark jumps into a system and announces 10 mackinaws, hulks, etc, on dscan, but they all bug out too quickly. In the next system, we fight FA on a station. We kill most of them, take the loot and graciously allow them time to reship. Aeth then goes back to station, and starts shooting a domi. He tells us to warp to him at 0. However, Aeth is on 0 with the bait domi, gets neuted, scrammed and dies while local spikes hard and frigates and interceptors land by the dozens. We burn off, try to kill some frigates then warp off before they scram us all. We jump into the next system and overheat on a cane sitting on the gate. It gets into about 2/3rds armor before we are forced to burn away. Jed burns out his missile launchers on the cane, but it doesnt really matter since we have 3 drakes with no drones against a zillion interceptors and more battlecruisers than we have missile launchers. Jed wants to leave so he ejects, gives his drake to aeth and self destructs his pod. At this point Aeth mentions that this drake only has 6 launchers. Oops. Before self destructing, jed uses his pod to scout the gate to the next system, where we arent being agressively (but badly) probed. The gate is clear, so Aeth warps to it and lands the same time as their whole fleet. Because all his mods are burnt out he cant even kill the sabre. Kwark and I spend a while warping between safes (because we keep fucking up and getting aggroed by rats) but eventually we logoffski successfully. We still came out ahead (killed 3 bcs, blackbird and cyno kestral for 2 bcs) but it was pretty shit | ||
