You can now overheat all ewar. Missile interceptors are now the slowest/worst align of the interceptors. Don't have to align to e-warp in space when you log in. (No more waiting with combats for that titan to log on) Phoenix torp RoF nerfed, now only cruise Phoenix has RoF bonus. Thank goodness cause all those torp Phoenixes are way op. I no longer have permanent aggro while in a hostile null sov system and can't jump out or log off. and more: http://community.eveonline.com/news/patch-notes/patch-notes-for-rubicon-1.1 Oh, and the Mobile Scan Inhibitor will just make cloaky FW plex pvp stronger. Cause people will see no MSI and be like, oh just a merlin no trap amirite

A) Given the catastrophe is it likely they'll go back to nuclear power instead of trying some other source B) Is it likely that the demand will increase beyond what is already produced to meet the established demand C) Nuclear power isn't just eating uranium and shitting electricity, there's a little more to it than that. Even if there was a big sudden electricity shortfall it's not about to get fixed by making a big pile of uranium, it takes time, capital and effort to build more power plants. But no, eve players are fucktards who legitimately think that the way it works is that titans die and then PL buys a load of minerals the next day and new titans happen so those minerals must be really valuable and not completely irrelevant to the business of actually making titans which is met by the current supply.

This is roughly comparable seeing a nuclear power plant having a meltdown and getting destroyed along with all the homes it powered and the people who lived in them and then thinking "now there is less electricity being produced so I'll buy all the uranium I can and stash it under my bed and then profit". A) Given the catastrophe is it likely they'll go back to nuclear power instead of trying some other source B) Is it likely that the demand will increase beyond what is already produced to meet the established demand C) Nuclear power isn't just eating uranium and shitting electricity, there's a little more to it than that. I tried explaining this today to a Master of Economics who's doing a second Master and who has been offered to do a PhD. He thought I was a retard and did not know what I was talking about. Let me entertain you: click them spoilers. + Show Spoiler + HIM: do you have trit? :") ME: It's only because of speculation and people who are too stupid to see that it is speculation. I wish I had some so I could sell it to retards who are willing to pay 20% extra. HIM: 108 titans are insane amounts of trit tbh. not even counting the 600 dreads. (confirmed????) ME: The idea that people step out to go to Costco and buy some Titan trit is preposterous. HIM: they import it through railgun compression. and PL needs to replace 60 without SOV. ..... ME: (trying something else): Mining scales amazingly well. HIM: trit mining doesn't density vs requirement the mining anomalies don't carry nearly enough trit to support a proper balance and you need to mine it all mining in general isk/h wise does specific mineral mining is a bit iffy, and "the trit balance" is totally retarded in anoms/belts also lol @1 pilot actually losing one of each titans just to show he had :all the skills: ME (tired of his shit - deathblow): The only people who are profiting off this are people who were speculating or who are selling. If you look at the trit price, it started going up around the time the battle was taking place. Am I supposed to believe that those pilots or future Titan owners sped off to the store in order to be in time for the next battle? They did not go and buy Trit as soon as their big coffin exploded, it makes no sense. The only people who bought trit are the ones who expected it to go up. People who actually build titans and/or compress continually and steadily buy minerals are not affected, nor do they want to affect sudden shifts in the market. If anything, the smart ones started selling their stocks as soon as it jumped up because some fuckwits thought they were part of the cool kids club. The number of titans being built at this point in time and the number of titans in build yesterday or tomorrow is exactly the same and will remain the same. The only thing I can assume is that lemmings always want to pay 25$ to get a service instantly instead of paying 10$ and the promise of that service one month from now. A future PhD in economics

In case you need to back this up, I sold 6b trit at 6 each this morning before I left. It is exactly as you say, even if there is an effort to ramp up titan production it'll be weeks before that'll actually be reflected in minerals and there's only so high you can ramp it up.
