idk, I just don't think its particularly reliable applied dps, and I have no idea how you're running Karan fleet anymore so maybe I'm not clear on where it shores up the weakness the oracles + nomens have | ||

On an unrelated note https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=258105&find=unread Silvanemrys tried the high risk high reward technique of the one sided buyout where the buyer decides he's bought out the toon for whatever price he says and sends the isk. Known to confuse the seller into accidentally concluding he's sold his toon and going along with it. Was not effective in this instance but good to see people still using it. | ||

The HAC changes are for the most part, completely useless. They do nothing to fix the current HAC problems. The new Vaga, is going to be a fucking nightmare. The fastest cruiser in the game, now has an active tanking bonus. You ready for the proliferation of scram vagas? You can't run from them- they will catch you, and then they will hold you. Forever. Vaga's are unable to kite, due to the fact that AC's suck dick and cannot project. So the only sensible thing would be to make them brawling ships. Instead of you know.... Increasing fall off bonus to make up for the TE changes? Also the cerberus- it has the potential to be one of the most deadly kiting ships, if only it was not slower than all of the T1 cruisers. Did they even think through these changes at all? | ||
