And I very much liked the music as well. Can you roughly give us the artist played, if not the song names? Especially towards the end :D Also last game was close. Edit: Thanks!

Gonna try trading/hauling instead of mission running, which was quite tedious. So a few quick questions: - Is there anything really important that happened during my time away? So far I've found this new subsystems thing, a few new ships and something called wormholes and incursions. - Is there a solid way to quickly build up a decent wallet to start off with? Doing distribution missions, which is okay I guess, but mission grinding is for ISK sellers and other lower class people! Last time I got donated like 50 mil from the swedish channel just by saying I was new, and I don't exactly want to beg anyone for ISK. Makes me feel dirty. - Does anyone have any hints on what items would be a good idea to start buying/selling/hauling? Spent like 2 hours just staring at the market in Jita last night, sorta starting to learn it... But it's so much to keep track of, my brain was near its melting point. My plan so far is to look at what ammo types are selling low and/or starting to rise, bulk buy a couple of hundred thousand of each, and see how it'll work out. Since it's close to Caldari space, I'm thinking missiles and torpedoes. Not sure if it's the best plan, but at least it's a plan ![]()

GOOD JOB YOU GOD DAMN MUDDA FUCKINFUASIHSDHKASJKAHSDFJGHAGASFASDFANYARGH I refuse to comment on dueling other than 'eh' I think the POS redesign is the only serious negative that can be thrown up because of that dev blog. As a whole I think CCP has the overall right idea (whether they can actually put it into place is a whole different discussion). They've realized that while revamping all the crap associated with eve is a good thing for existing players, throwing out expansions that are little more than updates to the client don't sell subs or plexes. I've only been around since middle of the Incursion expansion but everything since that has been just walking in stations in terms of new material really. Hopefully adding new content while fixing old problems could be the trick. *Half assed finger crossing

Not sure if it's the best plan, but at least it's a plan ![]() If you're looking to make money trading you should read these: http://www.reddit.com/r/Eve/comments/xlemq/station_trading_101_making_a_fortune_by_playing/ http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/How_to_identify_items_to_trade http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Lessons_Learned_By_A_Budding_Trader The first thing I'd do is start somewhere smaller than Jita, all the best traders are there constantly updating their orders so it's hard for someone starting off to make much money. I'd recommend you take a look at Rens or Hek to start out with. The second thing is don't speculate! buying something with the hope it'll go up is a great way to lose your money, save that for when you understand the market a little better and have billions laying around. Third I'd stay away from ammo, it has a high turnover but the profit margin on it is slim. You should check out some meta 3 and 4 modules, they have pretty high volume and a much better profit margin. But your first real problem is getting enough money to trade with in the first place. You can keep running missions and work your way up to level 4 missions. If you spend a lot of time on your computer doing homework or watching streams you could make money mining in the background. Or you could try out PI like I did, if you take the time to set it up right you can make an OK amount of money just by logging in once a day, although it does get beyond tedious after a while. http://www.thonky.com/eve-online-guide/planetary-interaction.php http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Colony_Management http://serpentinelogic.wordpress.com/2011/09/14/highsec-planetary-manufacturing/ https://sites.google.com/site/eveplanetaryplanner/ Or you could just buy a Plex to fund your trading and skip all the mind numbing grinding most of us went through. ![]()

All those things are good advice in the same way that eating your greens and staying fit is good advice but in this context we just have the elixir of life. Join Shield Battery, find out how to do basic fw and make more hourly than the vast majority of eve players ever will. Lol yeah, seeing as he posted in this thread I thought he had already considered that and was looking for other options. Obviously the correct choice is to join Shield Battery and make Billions in FW. ^^

I thought i was rich wen i joined Hatchery, i soon realised in comparison i was piss poor. Join shield battery and getbon the fw gravy train and soon have enough to buy what you want when you want it Here endeth the lesson

Thought that the amount of money earned was an exaggeration, and I'm not sure if I'm going to keep playing (likely, though). That's why I asked for some solo advice.
