When we let you in you only have access to a few of the corp hangars, so you might have to buy some rifters instead of flying our tengus. Is that ok with you?

Grand Theft SBU
So last night about 20 minutes after the station in 00TY finished its last reinforcement cycle I went out to check if EXE had moved in and indeed they had. The station being flipped meant that the system was now claimable. So the gears of Hatchery began turning and we got a Territorial Claim Unit in place before we learned that we had to kill at least one of the SBUs in order to be able to online it. Foiled.
Discouraged, we began to do other things but I kept eyes in 00TY. About an hour later, I see one of the SBUs being offlined by EXE in prep to online their TCU. Kwark logs in to his Viator pilot with the TCU named, The Jakkle to try to get our TCU down before EXE does but alas they were too good with their timing again.
An idea strikes us as they offline the final SBU to still gain from the unfortunate turn of events and kwark positions his Viator on the SBU that's being offlined, which is being defended by a Tornado and we had already seen the Crane that we knew was cloaked up ready to scoop it. Our fearless leader asks me to warp at range in my Anathema and with 20 seconds left on the timer, decloak and distract the defending Tornado. The Tornado begins burning for me and as the SBU gets within 5 seconds of being unanchored The Jakkle decloaks his honor tanked Viator and begins burning past the SBU to the gate 50km away and drive-by scoops the SBU, decloaking the Crane in the process.
The Tornado, now understanding the gravity of the situation locks up The Jakkle and begins turning, and the first shot alpha's off the Viator's shields and 50% of the armor. But before the tornado could turn and re-accelerate after the hauler Kwark clears his 60km lock range and promptly recloaks, after which the Anathema does the same and recloaks as well.
SUCCESS!

Fellow warlord johnny reported a 30man gang consisting of tornadoes oracles a few drakes and some steatlhbombers shooting an ihub in 93 after downtime. To win some time we warpin with a jag and a dramfiel first, dragging their fire upon us, but it was for nothing. Despite 5 people consntly having their fire on the frigates which they cant hit, the ihub soon falls before any other warlord pledged assistance. But alas, theres still the now vulnerable TCU to be dealt with! As the anzac fleet warps to it, johnny and i go back to saranen to reship. We still try to scrap up as many people as possible but still no one replies, which results in johnny + myself attacking their whole gang. Unfortunately johnny cant fly a tengu, so he choses the drake. He got primaried and was basically forced to gtfo immediately. So it was upon myself to stop them from tuk er sov. I circled around them and picked oracles as i was closing in on them, overheating my launchers and as i was getting distance again they were dying off just before i was about to lose point. Their drakes switched their targetpainters from the tcu to me, so despite being fast as shit as a cruisers i still take some damage and after killing 3 oracles im forced to get some range, repair my overheated damage and recharge some shields. But they didnt give up on the tcu. So after burning 200km away from them, with all my modules repaired and my shields on 75% again, i turn around and burn in on their gang to kill some more. This kept on for about 10minutes, until finally warlord Orandos logged in and reinforced me with a second tengu. Together we had the alpha to fend off tornadoes while cruising around them, so we shot those down. Anzac quickly decided to disengage, leaving the final 2 tornadoes pointed and dying. During the whole battle a triple a (from now on referred to as triple shit) was in system in a cynabal and saw us fighting them. So while triple shit didnt dare to engage the whole anzac fleet, they did dare to fight 2 tengus. About 3 minutes after anzac left the tcu triple shit warped in about 3 huginns, one or two scimis, some tengus, vagabonds sabres and shit like that. We decided our mission here is done and engaging triple shit would be a bad idea, so after warping between some safes triple shit had left one gate upon for us. We quickly took it, fled into saranen and docked up. gfgf http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_related&kll_id=13302367

Its actually quite nice for starters. Better than eve-uni pvp wise id say. They also do a lot of themed fun roams together, where they get smartbombed by rooksandkings sometimes.

Any sort of giant indistinguishable blobl vs. blob I imagine teaches people the wrong things. But that's just me.

Fallen destroyer reported that three circle of two freighters were moving into Karja from Nannaras earlier this morning. Their scouts picked up a Against all Authorities gang moving towards Nannaras so they docked up in Nannaras and logged off.
I am however very patient so I just kept a cloaked scout on the station waiting and when they finally logged on I gathered a fleet ready to gank them on the Saranen gate.
They undock one Providence, A couple of Scorpions, a Rapier and a Drake and warp to the Saranen gate and the entire fleet undock and warp to the gate...

Hey, I asked for a Director in Hatch pub, but I was told by KwarK that recruitment was closed. What with him being KwarK, is that true?

Bleh. Tried to catch up on 1100 unread posts. Skipped the ~500 in the middle.
Anyway, arty jags since someone (Zedd?) was asking for them last time I posted. And I saw a posted with 250s fit. WHICH IS WRONG;

Can use nano instead of ODI in all the above if you prefer agility to raw speed (probably wise if not just noble 1v1 slap fighting).
Vaguely related, kiting retri is slow, has no damage projection and turns like a brick. Bloody AFs.
Also, Kwark prevented me scamming a j4g for 500mil and I am sad

It's cool and all that but it's not the mighty arty Wolf.
I have this arty jag saved in eft though. Concept never tested ingame:

Different purposes innit blud.
Arty wolf is excellent at splitting gangs and quickly blapping tackle/fail fit frigs+dessies but tends to suffer when trying to engage competent frig pilots or duel things.
Arty jag is much more able to deal with other solo/duo frigs but lacks the raw gank/projection to take on gangs/camps as well.

Completed my first week of living in a C3 without a POS. A few days ago, I had wandered into a C3 system with a lowsec static. I decided to move in with my fleet of toons (it's getting pretty bad, but not Kwark bad, so I think I'm okay.) Everyone will tell you that you need a T3 with a few hundred DPS tank to clear sites in a C3, it's not true. 100MN Tengu and a salvager are the only two thing you need. PVP consisted of killing a four day old Atron which had wandered into my system. Alas, I bled the hole dry, and could no longer find sleepers to kill, so I moved to the next hole over (C3 with nullsec static).
Over about four days, I extracted over 1.2B from that hole, and that hole was nearly dried up when I found it.
Since my system only had a lowsec static, I couldn't even find other holes to raid. I think I would prefer moving into either a C2 with a lowsec and C3 static or a C4 with a C3 static. I'm not sure a tengu can solo the C4 sites, and C3s are where the money is.

i didnt play eve long, but i was in RvB for some of that time. They do some fair 50vs50, but there is also a lot of duels or 5v5 or whatever.
You learn about fighting in a fleet and also using your ships potential. The gentlemens agreement to keep it to low ISK ships makes it a fun experience, the battles away from all stations are also more fun.
