1. Are there any rules for TL IHs? Are there banned heroes? What about pooling and back-dooring? Uh, actually that was basically it. Oh, and is bottle still worth buying for heroes that needed it before, like NS or PotM? | ||

no clue what others have to say but it's mostly for rune control, rune's are just too fucking good on her to pass by so usually after bottle i rush BoT then to my cores. Although bottle has been nerfed, it hasn't been nerfed to the point of absolute uselessness. i still think it's good enough to buy, atleast for the hero's that are gonna be hogging/controlling the runes. dunno what your potm build is but usually i max out arrow/starfall with one leap, then stats stats stats which should eliminate the mana need of arcane. imo i've never really seen the need for arcane on potm | ||

no one from TL can play top tier heroes well enough to warrant a ban :s bottle is shit on potm i've decided for lower level ihs and pubs arcane can be okay = _=;; didn't even see that last part about bottle being shit on potm but that's ABSOLUTELY wrong. | ||

why bottle is shit now and arcane is king on potm: potm is a gank hero that easily transitions into a carry. why? she farms fast as shit. how? by spamming starfall whenever she wants and constantly ganking and getting kills how? arcane ring. bottle -- 70*3 = 210 regen every 2 minutes, if someone hasn't got the rune already / it's on your side of the map that's two arrows, or one starfall and some mana, and you already have shit mana pool potm does NOT want to go back to fountain every time she can't get a rune and needs regen. arcane -- +300 max mana, 110 regen every 30 seconds, guaranteed accelerates farming anytime, lets you spam arrow liberally the only downfall of arcane is that it'll take time to get it, whereas bottle is cheaper, but, honestly, you get what you pay for, and arcane takes complete advantage of her imba abilities, whereas bottle is a shitty alternative | ||

Bottle is made for gank heroes, and ESPECIALLY non int, low-mana gank heros. (i.e. Mirana) Even though bottle is nerfed, you get the same ammount(tiny bit more actually) of regen per rune 400/190 vs 405/210 Bottle gives you lane stayability. Bottle gives you rune control. Without bottle, you won't be able to gank till 10+ minutes when you get an arcane. Also, chicken can refill bottle now, so ideally you don't really ever have to return to base if you didn't rune. With arcane you will be returning to base MORE often, seeing as you have no HP regen. Let a support/chain nuker get arcane, there is also the limit to 1 per team to be wary of. | ||
