How often does this happen and how practical is it? Using up your 3 charges for 1 second healing each, requires that the opponents attack/cast at almost the same time, because it takes one second for the bottle to have any effect, you must have no way to get out of their range for 5+ seconds, while using all the 3 charges and you're not stunned and at the same time ~70 hp(nerfed regen/sec for 3 seconds ~135 minus what you would heal with just 1 charge while having cooldown = 66) hp has to make a difference, that's a lot of factors that must happen in a very specific way, so it would be extremely rare for the nerfed duration/heal being better than the current cooldown. Typically, if they got stun/slow or are much faster, you're simply dead, ~70 hp ain't gonna save you except in very rare situations. If they don't/aren't you're going out of range in 2-3 seconds, which will mean you would use just 1 charge in between attacks anyway and you're better off with cooldown instead of nerfed heal. 2. You can still do that if you require up to 100 mana more than your maximum for the combo and a lower regen/sec would have an even worse effect on that. 3. I mentioned that, too and it shouldn't be that way, because it doesn't make much sense. 4. Not timing bottle use properly, is more of a player error and also this and the first 2 are basically the reasons it got nerfed and while I agree it's a shitty(i.e. artifical) nerf(just like the mekasm one), the bottle is still a very good item, dull or not, so as I stated before it's barely a nerf, considering it's horribly more powerfull than any other regen item, because it can be used in much more situations and on top of that is that much cheaper/cost effective. | ||

Edit: New bottle BLOWS. How will this affect higher levels of play? I mean, at that level, most heroes went 203 bracers, boots (travels eventually), and a bottle before farming their big, core item. Getting 70 mana on one use fucking blows. I guess I'll be going back to void stones and such. | ||
