I really like the ladder implementation into the game as it really helps trickle down pro aspects of the game down to even ladder level. Can't wait till they have something similar for dota 2 as well ~ its fun learning to play this | ||

Remember, YOU are always correct because you have the experience, the maturity, and the sophistication that is overwhelmed by this immature community of trolls and kids. You know better than them, and you know not to rage at your teammates. You KNOW you are right, and nobody can tell you otherwise because they are wrong. They just fail to see that they don't understand the fine points of gameplay like you do. Are you stupid? Of course the team with more kills is ahead. You can tell a team is ahead by counting their tower kills + hero kills - hero deaths but nobody understands that simple logic. Of course you know everything about the metagame, and the reasoning behind every single pick, ban, play, and call in high level games. They picked this hero because he's imbalanced! They ganked bottom because mid is supposed to gank the sidelanes! They warded top river because there is a rune that spawns there! You understand the high level play that others do not, but you prefer not to explain any of your arguments. Why? You're done it before, and nobody listened to you. Everybody called you bad, even though you were right. Now you just don't bother, but you still point out whenever someone is wrong - you just don't explain yourself. Typical DotA community... You're sick of it. | ||

On a sidenote: I don't want to start another thread because of it but do you guys happen to remember the title of an American TV show about some conspiracy theory that took place in the government agency taking care of data analysis? I remember there was something with clover leaf and crossword puzzle in it but I can't pin down the title and it's killing me right now as I started watching it some time ago and didn't finish... Was it Enigma or something like that? T_T Edit: RUBICON! Fucking nailed it! | ||

And people are so cute. We are not some pro players that lose money when we lost the game - fcking have fun is the whole point we play the game. While obviously we dont have much time to practice for certain line-up (TL HoN is more like a community clan you see), flexibility and adjustment for team play is expected if you really want to win the game. I just love the flaming and trashtalk when the game went bad -_,- i mean, will flaming and raging help winning the game? Funny i used to act like too when back in 2005 something, maybe alot of people didnt go through the dota dark age of their own. | ||

Gotta realize that if NOBODY is warding not even your support, just gotta suck it up and ward yourself - your team will do better with a semi-carry warding and your support farming god knows waht rather than have nobody ward. At ~1670 even if you screw up really early, as long as not all the lanes are getting outfarmed and outplayed, the game is still recoverable. Just figure out how to adjust for everyone else. | ||

if i am PL what items should i go for? Should i take the farm? Basically how the hell do you play PL in dota? I was playing SB and i went boots+2bracer+vangaurd and was sworn at over chat by my team. What items should i go instead? Note: Not pure pubstomper build, more of a slightly organized build. Sorry i am a huge dota noob, played it extremely casually before i played/got into hon. Also is furion the greatest hero or what? | ||
