Been away - finally watched this BO15. I only watched the first 3-4 games before my attention wavered a bit. Mostly due to unfamiliarity with the units, same map, same everything. Maybe the units switched up more later? I think there was 1-2 switches every game that I saw. I watched the last game because I was curious who won.

It looks fun though. But I can't really get into any game unless I actually play it.

Excuse me while I go pour a beer over my wife to get a beta key for next week.

Watched the entire 15 game set, super exciting. Wasn't sure how it would translate to a viewing experience since I did play the Alpha. Alpha was hella fun as a player, PartinG, Trigger, and Artosis all kicked my ass.

Not sure if the public emails have gone out yet... to be honest, I don't expect they have thousands of signups - there's only 730 members on the subreddit, for example. So I'm hoping I can get a key!

I have some issues with the AI, especially melee units as that's all I'm making. Auto engage range is weird, melee pathing in combat derps out and there is something that isn't as clean as SC2 but I am enjoying it a lot as I've played only 10 games and can't wait to unlock and mess around with more units.

So far, make King Crabs on your first tech upgrade and win every game.

this grind is awful. i wouldnt say the acquisition rate is necessarily wrong but there's not enough starter units imo

Played two games. The game is not dead on arrival like i stated. It is a game for people that wanna make some units in a game. attack few times and be over with the day. Log off go sleep wathever. There is nothing deep about it. Strategy i dont think matters at all. But that is proly the fun part of it. Just a brainless gogogogogogogog. Like Call of Duty pretty much. That is actually a good thing for new generations and for people that want to relax and play for fun.

Things i think need some heavy work:
Pathing is horrible.
My units dont focus on attacking what im telling them. That part is extremely frustrating tbh.
Is kinda dumb i have to unlock anti air units tbh. But atleast i did it after 2 games.
The more you play a game the less you will care about the art. You are just gonna get used to how it looks.
