MvC1 was the first fighting game I remember playing seriously at the arcade. Before that I just had a great time button mashing on Killer instinct, Primal Rage or Children of the atom ect. I also remember playing Mortal Kombat 2 at the arcade. But MvC1 is when I was really able to learn combos and stuff. Then I played a lot of Capcom vs SNK 1 and 2 and got really into the Guilty Gear X. I had the pleasure of growing up in NY and MvC2 was insane huge as well. I've even remember having my ass handed to me by J.Wong around 2003. Great times!! hah. On SFV topic. I cant stick with a character I'm loving so many of them. Laura was my first who I think is awesome. I really like Birdie and Cammy, but I also like how the new Geif works. Then I was messing with Ryu and even had a lot of fun with that hah. | ||

Cammy can only divekick (qcb) from a forward jump so in order to it instantly you have to go from back to up-forward without completing the motion or you'd jump backward or neutral jump instead. I can't even consistently do it on a stick but it's just an motion to do with your thumb. | ||

Far easier just to do a 412369 motion and delay the kick button a little. | ||

Unless they significantly changed the way inputs work in V, which I haven't noticed so far, it should work similarly on both pad and stick. Difficult and annoying, but not impossible. | ||
