Also, why can my relaxo get to higher max level than my jolteon? Do i have a bad jolteon? Or is can relaxos get higher than jolteons in general? | ||

Still a lot of research going on, but a pokemon's max CP depends on what pokemon it is, your player level, and it also gets a higher cap if it was hatched from an egg. | ||
