So either we do two EU teams (A and B, separated by skill I guess) OR we just keep doing this a couple of times more and see who continues to show up and who drops out until we've fanned our numbers down to 5-6. I prefer the second option as this way we know who's really able to put in the time and will continuously show up. At least that's the way I suggest running the EU team, for what it's worth! As far as organizing practice sessions, I'd suggest a three-part structure. We pick one map per evening, first looking at it on tacnet.io. We discuss this giving everybody a chance to speak and we do it spot by spot for CT sides. No jumping from point to point this way! So when everybody is done talking about A, we go to mid, then to B. Then we can talk T sides and throw out ideas. Next we would jump into the game on our server, try out nades and the strategies we talked about in-game. Finally we'd go on FaceIT or MM and try and play the map to apply the concepts. This way our meetings would be very productive I think! Just my two cents!

As far as productivity I think we have a long way to go, though. Yeah with 10+ peoples switching over and over it's hard to get used to everybody's playstyle and positions, and i couldnt tell which player was doing what. I mean i'm watching the radar all the time but i was tired and i can't keep up with that + opponents movements + bomb location I think proper execution of strats is what we REALLY need to work on. Calling a strat and saying what everybody should be doing was clearly not enough yesterday, timing and synchronisation are key. (radar! helps) And guys when we play default as T please oh please look at your radar! to see if an area isn't covered. This can be solved easily just by everyone calling where they play on default as the game starts. I should have asked everyone but i wasn't focused, though watching the radar! still fixes that problem without any communication. I know i sound like i whine a lot when things aren't working out but if i lead it would only make things worse. I know you're like "well find a solution to break their defense if you're not happy" but why do that when we lose rounds because of basic stuff like lack of info, bad cover or slow rotation? Fix that first, then we actually have a shot at executing strats, and win rounds. I do not feel confident in leading a team because of these reasons. If the whole team can be in sync, then i might try. For now i just stick to mid round calls using the few info we can get. On tacnet we should indeed speak one by one, otherwise it's just a ton of ideas coming from everywhere and we forget half of it when we actually start playing (and it's not because i draw NUKE over and over :D)

But if it's Overpass that works for me as well because you can win a LOT on that map since most people just flat out don't know how to play it properly on MM. Oh and Artyk... If it changes all the time theres no way to actually know and feel the roles and spots of your teammates. I agree with you on the execution part. Itll get better with just playing a lot imo.- I also agree on the tacnet thing Edit: Imo the main point is to get 1-2 5 man rosters that work tightly and will just play together. If the players change constantly its just bad imo
