The map selection is decided by Team A (the winner of the coin toss) banning one map and then Team B banning a second map. Team A then gets to pick the map for Game 1, Team B picks the map for Game 2 and the Server will randomly decide the map for Game 3 from the three remaining maps.

Team EnVyUs and fnatic were both invited directly to the finals based on their previous results. However the Swedish team were unable to attend the tournament, and Na`Vi (the fourth place finishers in the European league) were invited to replace them.
Later, EnVyUs and Ninjas in Pyjamas also announced they couldn't come due to last minute unforseen circumstances and were replaced by Tempo Storm and CLG respectively.

Group A will be telling if Liquid is prepared for ESL colonge qualifiers. If they can comfortably take games or at least play super close games, then I will be more confident in them qualifying for ESL colonge. Elige needs to adapt to off-line play very quickly for that to happen since he's still playing with bad online habits

Every time I watch TL they lose at least a third of the rounds they lose because they don't hold angles/ duel without using grenades/ run into opponents while reloading or having a knife out. Why so many easy mistakes

Isn't dmode their coach? Why isn't he at the event? From what I recall, he wasn't at Dreamhack Valencia either. At ESWC Miknutty was Liquid's coach. Seems a bit weird...that he hasn't been with the Liquid squad at three events.

Ok, CLG made a come back from 1-7 to 8-7. But, I feel Liquid threw the game when they lost the 1v3 with JDM clutching it.

I'm tired of hearing Liquid excuses after the game. It's always along the lines of we knew what mistakes we made and we'll do better. It seems like Liquid are getting worse and worse.

Just a horrible weekend for Liquid. Their Halo teams bombs out of the championship tournament. Their Heroes' squad gets eliminated in the round of 64 in the road to blizzcon tournament. Now, their CSGO teams gets last place. Just a bad day overall.

I think Liquid has done better with daps at lan compared to lans with Adren. Maybe Adren is worse than daps?

Not sure where to find them but when you see the VoDs you will know what people here mean. A lot of mistakes that should never happen. Not sloppyness but straight up bad calls and plays.

I was in the middle of typing this comment when the commentator mentioned that if this was SC it would actually be gg. I always find it BM as fuck when a teammate will call it over before it's over. Maybe that's just me, though.

I guess it has a little bit of BW feelings spilling over for me, since seeing "gg" typed either means that the game is definitely over, or you have an opponent being BM. When I see a teammate say that the game is over since only one of us is still playing, it is disheartening. When I see pros call gg on their teammates, it makes me lose a lot of respect for them.
I mean, I was already a fan of Na`Vi for a long time, but I find myself liking them less and less when I see stuff like this (as I don't visit CS forums often or look at team drama, only in-game performance is what gives me a protagonist or antagonist in a match.) It's probably just me, but calling gg on a mate has more of a consequence than just being incorrect 1/10 times.

Why are we talking about kicking people from Cloud9 after they've come so far?
Give them some more time to practice after the ESL One Cologne quals are over. They've been grinding tournaments every weekend and haven't been able to take a moment to breathe and go over all their mistakes.
