1. Wait for bugfixes for PC version and performance tweaks. 2. Wait for UI mod for PC (this was 100 % essential for skyrim, it might have been why I enjoyed the game immensely even as a crafter). 3. Enjoy game immensely for ~60ish hours once then finish it.

I'll probably end up doing what i did with skyrim. Binge it for 50 hours and never finish it, come back in a year to amazing mods and be WOW'd all over again since bethesda games are a whole new beast when modded properly and finish it in another 50+ hour binge. Then consistently go back to it every few months until the next bethesda game and still afterwards.

In witcher, basically a session of play if that you want to do something, but on the way you're distracted by some interesting stuff, and while doing those you find something very intriguing, and this continue non stop till the end, the game is very dense. If have not played a lot of fo4 yet, but how to say it...it looks generic.

Games amazing tbh, graphics look great, all the bitching was for IDK what. Its not witcher 3 but its definitely solid, god knows what mods will do for this game, witcher on crack i suppose. So far the combat seems to be very VATs heavy but i think thats because im using weapons that benefit greatly from the fast reload it offers & because im so damn weak playing in survival early on. The actual FPS combat is very crisp though. Loving the new perks system too, dont really notice that skills are missing because everything they offered is now in the perks. Youre constantly torn between which perk to get next & where youre going to get that next SPECIAL point for the next ones. (Protip - plan your build out with bobbleheads in mind) Voice acting & story so far is pretty decent, enjoyed the little sidequest i did alot. The voice acting & new dialog system brings the game alive for me, very enjoyable. Overall, definitely recommend it so far if youre a fan of FO/TES/Bethesda.

Gonna up my settings again because lowering did not do much. It seems to be areas where you look really far with trees and stuff, normal outside areas and inside is 60fps easily

and make sure you disable godrays manually (its volumetric lightning), the launcher has a "bug" where disabling this setting, which coincidentally is an nvidia feature and a bit of poisong for all amd and all older nvidia cards, doesnt work.

The performance issues sound horrendous though. Which is weird, we're playing on two PCs here, mine with 980ti oc, my girl with a 770gtx oc - i can play on ultra with stable 50fps, she can play on high at 40ish. Which i think is reasonable for a 770. How do you remove power armor? How do you repair it? Hold E, repair it on the Power Armor Station.
