The mute feature is a beautiful thing. Usually hearing people like that doesn't help you anyway, and in the rare case the asshat actually makes a good call and you miss it...well i'll take that trade off any day.
I actually managed to curb one guy's attitude the other day by calling a vote kick. It almost passed...I explained why I called it and he actually backed off and was more reasonable(granted some people are beyond help .

a: can't point and click accurately - solved by aim map b. can't hit a moving player - solved by deathmatching c. are standing still and shooting at a moving player - solved by learning to play + Show Spoiler +
to not sound like such a dick, learn to fire, and fall back. If you miss a few shots, you don't NEED to take the fight. Fall back to a better angle, hold it, and click on the head when they run into your crosshair. Easy enough, and it IS that simple
CROUCH SPAM
The fact that you reference crouch spam at all tells me it's at a low level of play. Higher rank players will not crouch spam, because a good player- hell even an average player- can easily tap on the head of a stationary target.
But what he showed has happened to me too btw. I can't tell if its something with the game (Maybe if you unscope too quickly the bulletpath suddenly changes, since its hitscan with delay after all?), 64 tick problems, or simply the replay demo (which runs on 16 ticks I believe?)

Guy seems really suspicious during the game, check his profile and find out he has a previous VAC ban. I like how they always say it was in some other game. Decided to break my 'unboxing virginity' and opened three Winter Offensive cases that I had last night. Spend 7.50 Euros on keys and the cases were worth another 2 Euros almost. Got two Galil Sandstorms and an M249 Magma. All blue, not even factory new. Worth 10 cents each. Fuck Gaben.
Thankfully I didn't pay with 'real' money, I just sold skins that the game dropped for me in the past.
