After that the lobby is bugged and gets the "no matchmaking informations" thingy and it takes 2 more minutes to solve it out. If then someone creates a new lobby, well guess what happens, "clone did not accept". I cant believe they still did not fix this for ages.

Whether it will be a better experience than soloqq is debatable as in essence you are still soloq, but I suppose in Europe you can choose to only play with people living in your country. Whether that is a positive or negative depends on your personality of course.
