And I only said it may be a problem, not that its gamebreaking. Plus the match would end in a under a minute, so no huge loss. I mean they could always give the defender boosts after the loss of an objective if it really becomes an issue.

Please be advised: We will be closing this General thread in 24 hours. It will remain searchable. After that we will require new threads to discuss topics. Questions should go in the stickied Q&A thread, screenshots and PotG will go in the PotG sticky, QQ/Rage/Complaints should go in the QQ/Rage thread. If you want to talk about maps or strategies open a new thread. Any comments or concerns will be logged please forward them to ZeromuS. This new forum is still fluid so we will try this out. General TL rules will still apply to new threads.

UPDATE (October 23, 2015): We were able to complete setup and testing of our beta servers for Europe sooner than anticipated. As a result, we're happy to report that we will be launching the Overwatch Closed Beta in both the Americas and Europe gameplay regions on October 27. http://eu.battle.net/overwatch/en/blog/19919176/ \o/

I don't have too high expectations out of this but it's probably going to be reasonably entertaining for a while like all of their recent games.

I doubt Blizzard does that much fishing with their invites, outside of a whole bunch of community members to get Twitch publicity I expect it to be entirely random.

I think I was hoping for something in lines of UT or Quake. Blizzard doesn't make games for the hardcore crowd. After Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm, did you think this would be anything other then a shooter for casual players?

This game is basically just Blizzards better version of TF2 with different things. This game looks so much fun to me.
