Depends on your gear/class and investment level for that. In any case WoW is basically going to be free for me once this is implemented. That question is harder to answer than it used to be, i think nice answer :D Yea I haven't really been on enough to test what makes the best amount, I was a JC guy last expansion and that made me everything I needed, now I think getting lucky with BOEs and having several crafting professions moving is probably the only way to make that kind of money now In other news Heroic Blackhand finally dead and we managed to mop up Mythic Ko'ragh the same night, hadn't pulled him in like 3 weeks. I've said it before but moving from daily quests, which can take an hour of your time, to garrison missions is the primary culprit. It takes 5 minutes at most to send one character's followers on missions, meaning in less time than it takes to do 25 daily quests I can make 11 times that gold. All it takes is a little upfront time investment, which as an altoholic I'm bound to do anyway. Then you throw in all the free resources and it's just silly. I have 10 mines, 8 herb gardens, and 4 barns at the moment, and I basically can't run out of herbs/ore/dust/fur/leather unless I want to dump them for primals. I never have to worry about buying enchants or gems because I have 5 Enchanter's Studies in continuous production and 2 Jewelcrafters at work. WoD has taken self-sufficiency to an absurd level. So yeah, for someone like me who built up a full set of alts over my years of play this expansion is just silly for making gold. In a month or so when I've finished leveling my remaining alts to 100 and have finished recruiting/leveling treasure hunter minions my answer to the "How do you make 200k?" question is going to be "wait a week". | ||

I may have ridiculous easy gold income now but when I first hit level 100 I didn't really understand how I was supposed to make gold. The Apexis daily didn't give much, the fishing daily gave even less, and the daily dungeon reward was often eaten by repair bills. After years and years of depending on daily quests for income it wasn't really clear to me what I was supposed to be doing if I needed gold. I eventually became informed, but I guarantee you there are players out there who don't really care about or pay attention to garrisons and are frustrated because it's so hard to make gold. | ||
