initially the LM produces 20 while the TP does 30. However I would strongly recommend running both since you need a lot of resources.
LM gos to 30 after you get the level 3 LM follower.

The area is instanced, and right now it's full all the time, there's queue to enter this as well. ~~ If you know what item you want to buy you can run in quickly without accepting the popup, you have like 15 seconds but its enough to reach the quartermaster and buy one item. It really is annoying though :/
