Feed bluepys to anyone who you use who doesn't have a skill up material. I haven't seen jewels rotate to awoken Chinese in a while so maybe Karin. I&I or Isis are also viable candidates for piis. Isis has the most versatility with a good low cooldown for skill inheritance so maybe her.

For py the focus should be on Isis I'd think. Skilling I&I isn't a priority since you're only going to use it once per dungeon most likely. I'm not sure how many blue jewels you have, but I'd hope that jewels rotate back around to Chinese gods. If you don't have a large stockpile of them to use for skill ups then pying Karin so you have a good orb changer wouldn't be bad.
