EDIT: beelzebub looks hard as hell to UEVO though and i'm a little worried about my RCV, if he has none before his Pre-UEVO.. Its mainly a matter of plus eggs. Devil teams scale stupidly well with hp/rcv eggs. Lu bu as your lead with a friend Ronia should be fine for most things anyway-Beelzebub only really comes into play for harder mythicals/rush tier stuff. I wouldn't worry about a Vampire since you don't have a heartmaker and you want to be using them to heal up/clear binds generally.

I kind of want to make a devil team that would be for stuff that my Urd team can't clear (for example Lv9 and 10 Challenge dungeons) or for water dungeons, as wood is my weakest element atm.

Finished all the challenge dungeons 
I accidentally went into C8 with Verdandi friend instead of Bastet, but x18 was more than enough to oneshot the last boss 
If anything I think it was super easy with Verd friend, since it gives me extra HP to work around with. Think I had bit over 31k hp.
Maybe I should use it more often

Some people use Osiris/Bastet when they need to tank more, seems to work quite well.
Btw, the Hero's buff isn't much of a buff. Doing a 4 match gives you a x2 multiplier. So maybe it works a bit for farming but not much incidence.

Urd for red with shiva, kagutsuchi, urd, gigas
GZL for green/attacker
Skuld for blue/physical
Ronia/Lubu for dark/devil
Lmetatron for light/healer
Im gonna need A LOT of exp and skillup stuff in the future. Like so much it makes my brain hurt.

you should probably focus on red- shiva for descends and urd for farming because it seems like you have the best sub pool for red + the sub pool overlaps. I think your two fire teams have the best strength + flexibility per investment of stamina. The other leads are mostly for farming unless you have basically ideal subs (i.e NA/EU doesn't have baggi/trunks for skuld, row lmeta, etc).

I'd focus on a few imo since trying to make more than 1-2 teams at once is how I almost burned out on PAD.
If you start working on mats for Awoken Shiva he's probably the best descend lead in your box and your subs are pretty good. Urd pretty much uses the same sub pool so she can be used for brainless farming.
GZL is pretty much outdated unless he gets a hp buff to his leaderskill like D. Meta. Skuld doesn't really do anything that Urd doesn't and needs fairly specific REM subs to do well. Ronia is still alright for farming/many descends but Urd may fill the same role. L. Meta is good but could use some specific subs to push harder content (Fuu, Awoken Venus, etc.) and fills the same niche as Urd for farming.
Not to necessarily put you off any of those if you really like the team/playstyles but leveling/skilling many teams is a giant stamina trap and you may find better results ranking up doing coin dungeons and the like to have more available stamina in the future. It IS pretty nice to have a color advantage available team for any mono-color descend but usually it's not necessary with a strong team (like Awoken Shiva can clear Zeus Mercury for example).

get a team up that can clear noah or zeus vulcan descended to get phoenix asap. (or pray to pal machine)

Yeah, my very main focus is on the Urd team.
I really really want to awoken kagu and shiva, but the mats are so hard that is really going to take me a while.
Also, as far as I saw L.Meta should be an insanely good team that can clear pretty much any descend and challenge dungeon, no?
I do have pretty good subs for all of the teams I mentioned, but no complete perfect teams anywhere... yet. ^^
Also, i just tried king of the gods for fun. Expected to die. Imagine my surprise when Zeus died from 1 hit. lol.

im not sure i can clear zeus vulcan, not at least I have many of my guys skilled up way more.
Im in no real big rush really since I need 3 red jewels either way. And I have never had a single jewel.
Not ready to tackle mythical descends yet. I just started doing some legend ones like 3 days ago x.x

To clear really hard stuff L Meta team needs a lot of plusses and/or have light row ideal subs. You pretty much want something like Fuu, Awoken Venus, L. Valk and DQXQ (I think that's the best general use team anyway).
Here's a vid for example. You can probably swap some things with farmables like Echidna but farmable light row healers are pretty much nonexistant.
And yeah your devil team should more or less be able to clear kotg when fully awoken/decently leveled so that's definitely a good use of stamina on weekends. Zeus Vulcan should also be doable but you'll probably want everything at least level 70-80 and a Beelzebub friend for it.

Huh, I figured the Hera/Zeus descend would have been a lot harder then it was lol. Cleared it pretty ezpz with Beelz/Ronia.

Now just clear it like 100+ more times to max skill Z&H :p. That's where the real challenge comes in lol.
