It doesn't seem like it from watching. if you hear 'advancing guard', they're blocking with the intent of removing pressure/taking less damage over the pressure. any attack that hits the block forces the attacker back. you can block using up super-meter to remove the chip damage that come from attacks. blocking is important like in every single fighting game. | ||

Justin won EVO Marvel 2 From 2000 (or 2001?) to 2004. (and all other majors he was in between evos) 3rd in 2005 1st in 06 2nd in 07 1st in 08 2nd in 09 1st in 10 And placed high in other games too like 3rd strike, CvS2, SFIV, SSF2T He was Chris G before Chris G | ||
